Absolutely disgusting chicken. It tasted like it was made 3 days ago and sat out. Extremely dry, easily the driest chicken I've ever ate. I've had jerky that's more juicy and tender. We've been here 2 times and it just gets worse. Never returning!

Young man at the window microphone was professional very kind and made sure I had everything correct on my order.and When I got to the window the lady was also super kind and had an awesome attitude really great atmosphere at this location. Order was perfect as well!

Ordered a 9 piece nugget combo. Not only were the nuggets on the small size, but they only put 8 nuggets in the box. The French fries were all short and stubby, like it was what was left in the fries bin after the lunch rush. The 8 pieces for a 9 piece order must be the new trend since the same thing happened to me at a Popeyes.

Tried the new nuggets - they were good but I wish they were more on the "Crispy" recipe not "Original" recipe like they show in ads. Read fine print NOT rely on image of food ads

The KFC on dale road has horrible customer service I had got an order from DoorDash. I waited they said in about 5 minutes that the food would be done but they’re standing around talking to one another while its getting later and later for the food!

Only wanted 2 pieces of chicken. Had to purchase a #1 to get food to eat. Customers. Must order what is on Menu.

Mashed Potatoe Bowl no Korn pleeeez! Lol sometimes I get it jus as so other times blahhhh!

The service was kinda bad it took me 5 minutes to get service the chicken bowl was not what was expected small bowl for a big price the dining area was great but the drink machine smelt like rubber and it was really dirty

Over priced tiny strips of rubber. $18 for 4 tiny strip meal. What a joke. Mr. Sanders would be disappointed.

I popped in to catch up on emails and other items and just sat in the lobby. I didn’t order anything at first and sat there enjoying the evening time.

Lobby was really clean and spotless and only 1 other couple was dining in. I’m not usually dining inside “fast food restaurants” and typically it’s strictly drive through. But after a long drive and work from the day, I just wanted to relax and whine down. This location was the perfect place! After I finished, I then decided to order a small meal, popcorn chicken, my favorite Pepsi, and a biscuit. Bobby took my order and was super helpful and gave me my drink before my food came out. There was 3 other workers besides him, I believe the manager another male and a female.

After enjoying another few moments there, I realized, where’s my food? It’s been 15 mins since I ordered and they forgot to make it/bring it, but as I wasn’t too hungry, I went back to the counter, Bobby realized I haven’t received my order and told the cooks “hey where’s the order” and quickly gave it to me and gave me an extra biscuit. Food was fresh warm and tasty that I decided to stay some more and finish it!
Delicious and thanks to Bobby’s incredible customer service, I’ll be back!

I was very surprised about the size of my chicken fried steak. Not bad at all. The staff was very friendly.

This is my first KFC to review and I can tell you my first impression was awful. In the. We went on not the drive thru ordered chicken sandwiches and fries. The guy taking our order says that the fries machine is down. So we only ordered chicken sandwiches. We were asked to wait at the front for them to make the sandwiches. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went in to check on my orders. The manager and the crew were in the back busy playing and chitchatting in the kitchen. No one even realized I was standing there for 5 minutes. A new hire who was on her second day was the only one who seemed bothered that no one had noticed. The manager came out and apologized and went back to chitchatting. Some of the sandwiches were fresh but others were shoe leather dry. They again apologized and made new ones. Horrible crew. If you are the owner and wondering why your sales are low, just review your cameras and you will realize why no one is coming to this location. I'm never coming back.

People avoid this place, two hrs for my meal in which they promised me 20 min wait. My chicken breast was a small thigh not chicken breast. People are rude. The manager and one other staff ignored the customers and then one staff left saying she's getting her nails done and I'm still waiting fir my meal ugh. No customer service! Ugh.

This store has came a long way over the past year with new management. A lot better experience there now. Our server William was friendly kind knowledgeable and took care of any questions we had. The manager Carl even came out to check on guests to make sure everybody liked their food and interacted in a proper and respectful manner. For a while several businesses would not go there. I feel there were areas that needed some retraining. And the new management seems to be doing just that. Thank you for a way better experience than I've had in the past. I would highly recommend this particular KFC

It would be great if they could hire girl's or at least they make their employees dress good and clean, especially the window servier.

We ordered at drive through, but when we got to the window and paid with a debit card, he come to the window and told us he couldn't fill all of the order. We had ordered a four chicken wing dinner. He ask if we wanted something else on the menu, and we said no. We asked for the money back for the item they didn't have, and he repeatedly kept naming other options. He then said his manager just left, and he was not authorized to refund the money. So after all the back and forth we asked for 6 chicken tenders, received the order and left. The tenders were hard and dry. We could not eat all of them. I will not come back to that location again. You should know what's on your menu before you accept an order.

I waited at least 15 minutes in the parking lot for just a bowl while watching 5 or 6 people that ordered after me being served, leaving me the only one in the parking lot. Not worth it.
