Ordered thru Uber Eats on 8/9/33.the delivery was fine
The food was awful.chicken strips so tough they were inedible. I asked for cole slaw and got a tub of gravy!

This might be the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. Ordered online. Said it would be ready by 1: 30, order came out by 2: 00. Would never order here again.
I’ve never seen kfc like this, there is only 2 people working, they take orders and then they make the meal, and very very very slow! Don’t ever go there.
This by far ladies and gentlemen the WORST kfc ever the Indian drive through lady worst customer service ever she would not give me her name bc she knew they refused to take my order bc there CONSTANTLY closing 30-40 minutes early I hope someone from corporate sees this! They should be fired for going against their store hours and ofc they’re ALWAYS out of hot wings n drumsticks!
The chicken pot pie had a bone in it. We waited forever for the fresh one. Our chicken sandwiches were dry. Like they warmed it up in the microwave.i asked for a refund they told me I had to drive back and offered me another chicken pot pie. No, I don't want another one, I want my money back for the pot pies. I did not even request the whole order refund. The order was to go. I will never go there again.
Can’t give a lower rating. Spicy Chicken burger patty was dry and chewy. Won’t recommend. So many other better options.
Poor service. They process online orders only after you reach store. I have to wait another 20 min to get my items. There is not enough staff in this store. Now I understand why Yum brand is not growing like MacDonald. Yum brands just setup the franchise and the franchise can run as per they like, no process, not enough staff. Today I am able to take an investment decision as well, Good bye KFC, Good bye YUM brands.
Awesome service! Workers were very polite and fun to chat with, and even gave a free cake as an apology for taking longer on our order:) not sure about the other older reviews but I’m assuming they had a positive change in management
Didn't eat in. Went through drive through. Food was still hot when we reach we reached out distination about a mile away. Yummy!
