Food was cold even though they made me wait for hot food & fries were stale chicken nuggets were cold i had to put in my air fryer to warm them up over price wont be back.

Terrible service, honestly, I went with my cousins ​​who don't speak English very well and are super racist and mocking, Mayra treated us

I ordered 3 piece chicken. Only one of the chickens tasted so so the other ones were like they've been there and they just warmed them up ×and don't get me started on the Mac N cheese
Prices go up but the service goes down.

Food was Horrible.chicken was not fresh like it had been sitting all day. Forgot to put my Mashed Potato’s in the box. Fries were cold. I’d rather drive a distance to another KFC and try my luck there.

16 minutes for a drive thru order which was only 2 large mash and 1 large Mac and cheese.no utensils I understand being short staffed but I literally only ordered sides

People go get the chicken at Stater Brothers instead it’s half the price and fresh and delicious. This KFC sucks. This KFC is horrible. The food is cold the price is expensive, I ordered the mix buckets and they cheat you out of chicken breasts. It’s supposed to be mixed and they try to pass of a thighs as a breast. The corn is cold and stale like if they just opened a can of corn and dumped it in the bowl. Speaking of the bowl they are now filled up half way and a more expensive price. This is the worst KFC I’ve ever bought food from. The biscuits are rock hard and they don’t offer you paper towels or honey and since the biscuits are stale they don’t offer butter. What for. This is ghetto KFC. You’re getting robbed people. Stay away.

Everytime I go I can't decide what I want, I enjoy all of it but definitely get extra crispy chicken, the famous bowl or chicken pot pie

I ordered through the drive through kept getting cut off and my order ended early before I could order anything else. No napkins just sadness, I have anxiety and this really stressed me out, hire better people.

I got 5 spicy chicken sandwiches during lunch time and they are so dry. The chicken patties are older than my grandma. Avoid this one.

They tell you that there are only legs after you pay. No problem, the problem is when they are mini legs.nowadays restaurants charge $$ more for less quantity and quality.

Waited 25 minutes to get shorted 2 things in my order. I keep giving them a break but man this place falling off

I did an Uber eats delivery and they had me waiting for a long time and purposely ignoring me and this elderly woman waiting to order and I witnessed a crew member named Anthony drop tongs on the floor and just pick them up and set them on the counter and the crew members ignored an elderly man asking for butter and were just cussing at each other in the back.

Terrible, I had to go to the one in Ban Vuren because their cash register didn't work to pay by card, their machine didn't work, and with encouragement they told me that it would be better to go somewhere else.
