KFC, Daly City CA

The cashier got my order wrong. I apparently paid $1 more than the order that I originally wanted. So I explained to the manager/supervisor that I was owed a dollar. She took the receipt that the cashier told her that was my order and showed me that I paid $9.99. So as I was eating, I checked my online banking and sure enough I paid $10.98.so I told the manager/supervisor that I was correct. Then she started saying well I'm only going by what was told to me. Well thinking that she is in a position of leadership, it would make common sense that she should have looked at the receipt description of the item rather than assuming that I paid $9.99. I could tell right away she had a small attitude as she went to the back to give me my dollar. As she apologized for my experience, she started to say that she only went by what she was told from her subordinate. She should have checked the receipt to make sure that was the actual receipt for my order instead of insisting that I paid $9.99 passing blame to your subordinates rather than taking accountability for the experience of a customer does not exemplify what a leader/supervisor should be. Since she did try to apologize, instead of me giving a one star I will give this experience a two star.

While visiting from Omaha, we stopped to enjoy a nice snack. The raspberry tea and fried chicken were delicious! I will stop by again should I ever be in the area again.

I had an amazing experience at this KFC. Everyone was so kind and helpful with all the questions I had. I have went to multiple KFCs and this one is the better one in the area.

I don't go often but it looks amazing on the inside! My favorite thing is the chicken sandwich combo with the special sweet lightning mountain dew, i got it with a side of mac and cheese which was really good, 5/5

Food is a hit or miss here. Sometimes you get watery mashed potatoes, other times it tastes like plastic. But the customer service has continued to go down. Honestly, I don't even know why I gave it 2 stars

I think this place has good times and bad times to come in. Don't come at night the chicken will be rock hard. I was supposed to get sides with rock hard tenders but they only gave me fries. Very dissatisfied.

I’m not a fast food person, but I wanted to give this KFC a 5 stars for their interior design. I have visited KFCs in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. Not one of the above can compete with this KFC’s interior design. Most of the KFCs in San Francisco area are dirty, worn out, and barely has any dine in tables.

This KFC is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It was such an amazing experience just stopping by. I also love how their chicken sandwich was thoughtfully wrapped in foil wrap lining bag which most of the fast food restaurants don’t care to do.

Staff super nice and I don't know what they're doing different but best tasting and best quality of kfc I've had in a minute

Almost everyday your Dine In is not available due to technical reasons. Well people wants to eat at the restaurant and doesnt want to bring their food at home. Most of the time there are no crew at the front desk.the crew are very slow.

The young lady who took my order was efficient and friendly always had a smile on her face. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dining area. My order was taken promptly. There was no delay in receiving it.
