Food was great! But what I did not like is how the SHORT MEAN MGR she looked like from the Wizard of Oz, treated her employees, I wouldn't treat my cat or dogs like that!
Corporate hope you read this, you need to replace that manager!

We went through the drive through and ask for hot sausage they said ok then when we pulled up to the window we ask again and the lady said that it was in there then when we got home it was not there and she lies

The service is ridiculous, the man that cooking fried chicken said: ” we are not working for you guys, just wait wait wait! ” Never go to this store, there is 3 KFC in Orange, you should avoid to go this one

Terrible service. Walked in everyone saw me but refused to acknowledge my existence. Entire staff should be fired

The staff seemed like they didn't care, the store was not super clean, fod was ok, but my big problem is everything is to go, even when you say for here. We are made to buy bags at the grocery store, if we want them, but here at KFC you're getting one even if you don't want it or need it, everything comes packaged to go, so not an inviting place to go eat, the feel is take it and go we don't want you here. So I won't be going back.

Chicken very greasy and I don't like that they put the receipt inside the cup that you supposed to put your drink in the weight is ridiculous and again the chicken was so greasy it couldn't even eat it they don't drain it they just let the chicken sit in Grease I won't be going back there again

Very angry, I do not recommend this place apart from the fact that one is going to consume, I waited more than 15 minutes to be served and the two people who served me were rude, answering badly and it is not the first time, very bad service zero zero zero minus 5 stars

Always slow rude service every time I come here can't believe it always asked to wait until there's nobody in the drive threw. Message to general. Manager's location retrain your staff. On better customer service experience

The most disgusting place I've ever been! There is smog from overcooked butter, clothes stink all day after this diner.just awful, the food is as bad as possible

You guys are so incompetent it's unbelievable. How do you guys function. Like seriously. This location has always been terrible. Missing food items, chicken hard and stale. Sodas flat as can be. They should just really get rid of this location. No one knows how to do their jobs. Most of the time they don't even have the items you try to order. I will never be coming here and will be making a report to corporate as well.

Chicken lovers can try here and there are combos as well but I would personally recommend for "TO GO" as you get more of chicken rather than the sides etc.overall it's good.

MANAGER flat refused to honor the 2 piece meal coupon KFC mails to area residents. NOTthe first time, I'm done.

Placed my order on the (super glitchy) app. Got there and had to wait at least 5 minutes to "order" even though there was only one other car in front of me at the window. The woman at the window was really rude. Apparently they've had issues with giving orders to the wrong people so a photo ID is required to pick up your mobile order at this location. The app doesn't mention that, and as I live literally 1/8 of a mile away and had already paid, I did not bring my wallet.the woman proceeded to lecture me about not having my ID with me. They are always extremely unfriendly here. Drive the extra couple miles to the one by the orange mall.

The old lady taking orders has very bad and rude customer service. Never coming back here again: (
