KFC, Pomona CA

I ordered a 3 piece combo and got charged for it. I got home with a 2 piece combo. I tried to call for 30 minutes but they never answered. I feel disappointed I feel I got robbed. I also realized I never got my receipt too. The worst KFC I have been to.

Ordered a 12 piece meal. My son got home and when I went to get my chicken all they put in the box were thighs. I eat white meat only. Drove back to this place and they tell me he made a mistake. Really you don't know a wing from a thigh? And to top it off they did not offer me a drink, as the shift leader said it was going to take 20 mins. There is food on the floor I guess they don't sweep until they close. So when I was leaving I asked the team leader his name which is Jose who works, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He has a very smart mouth. I told him they should offer something to drink when they mess up like this, I then told him I do reviews and he said it won't be the first one. He needs more training on how to talk to a customer, or maybe fire him as I will never return to this place.

This place is horrible! First and last time i ever come to this KFC. Manager FRANCISCO is so rude and treats his employees wrong. I seen himself served me a drink on a broken cup, i asked for a new cup he got upset. Veronica so awsome gave me a whole new drink with no hesitation. Unbelievable!

I've had pretty good luck at this KFC in the past, but tonight I ordered a famous bowl with no gravy, one of my usual orders, the chicken was tough and dry and stringy inside, the corn was all shriveled up and dryer out, Awful, I didn't even eat half of it I threw most of it out, going to have to start going to the other one

Is every time I company this location, They only have either one or the other original or crispy chicken. Always out of biscuits telling me I have to wait 15 minutes.

This location is actually pretty decent - Food has been fresh every time I’ve been here…KFC can be hit or miss but I’ve mostly had hits here…

I am more of a fan of the chicken being breaded and spicy, not the sauce, I was thrown off by the lack of sauce, but overall it was absolutely delicious, perfect amount of pickles and meat to bread ratio, I love those micro sandwiches.please keep it up.white castle used to do mini burgers and now they do not exist anymore.

I really like the chicken they have lots of different types and I really like their coleslaw and the biscuits are delicious.
