KFC, Antelope CA

I ordered a K2 (3PC Chicken Tenders) with Mac and Cheese, from the Drive thru. Got home and noticed that they gave me a Thigh and Leg meal, AND didn't give me a spork for the Mac and Cheese. Thankfully I had silverware at home, but how did they expect me to eat my Mac and Cheese, if that hadn't been the case? I use to really love this location, but in recent years my opinion of this location has been slowly dropping. Can't even get my order right, and this wasn't the first time they messed it up.

After ordering through the drive thru, they told us to park up front. Waited for 20-30 min and nobody came out (the restaurant was dead). I went in to check on the order and they asked me what was my order, i told them and after a little discussion amongst themselves they started making it. After awhile i just told them i wanted a refund. I asked for the manager and apparently whoever I was dealing with, was the manager. Apparently the order was deleted. How tf was my order deleted but then again able to give me a refund. If u guys cant tell this franchise is going down hill. No customers, bad employees and bad customer service, no accountability. They need to shut this place down.

Went there at 10.03pm at the drive thru and the person said we are closed though online it shows it closes at 11pm.

Rude lady manager. They are all miserable, or looks that way. Dirty place, this place needs a good going through. New management is a great start.they make you feel insecure about eating a meal from there.

First time doing a review and that’s how bad the chicken was. Got chicken strips too and they were good but the buckets of chicken tasted like it was left over from the previous day. Never had chicken so bad at KFC. So disappointed.

They take too long to make your food literally waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and fries

Spent $55 on the worst meal ever. Ordered the 12 piece family meal the chicken was horrible, tasted like it was sitting out all day, half original half crispy because that's all they have, biscuits missing, the cake literally tasted like nail polish remover, horrible customer service.

Only person here, still had to park and wait. 2 of the female workers had very long fake nails. Disgusting. Won't be coming back.

This store was a KFC/A&W. I ordered A&W food. A cheeseburger and a root beer freeze. Both were excellent as per usual!

Most of my order was wrong. People need to really listen when the customer gives their order and then read it back. Now, yes, i should've checked my order b4 leaving. This place WILL NOT get my business.

We went there on 6/17/2023.we went to the drive thru and ordered a couple of burgers and chicken with mashed potatoes.as we were driving out, we checked our order - good thing, the mashed potatoes were missing, but fries were in there instead.we drove back around and told the person thru the ordering radio.he said we should come back around, return the fries and we would get the mashed potatoes.we thought it was odd he ask us to return the fries, but we pulled up and he handed my g/f the bag with mashed potatoes and asked for the fries back.i said we can't do that, he said "yes you can" and walked away from the window, never actually looking at us.pretty rude.we got home to find out we had gotten chicken strips instead of chicken we had ordered.it's not that tough, and they still got it wrong! Not going back there.i would have liked to give them no stars, but this app will not permit that, so at least they got one!

Food was delicious and service was amazing 10/10 thank you to everyone who helped will be coming back!

Thank you KFC! Came in clutch on a day I was hungry and upset. The girl in the drive through (Grace) was very respectful, and my chicken was crispy and fresh.

The girl named Grace I think was so nice and patient with my elderly mother. I appreciate your kind service!
