8Ordered online to pick-up at this location. Very friendly and accommodating associates. Definitely recommended.
I went inside to order at dinner time and ordered $45 worth of food. There was only a couple people inside eating and a couple people in the drive thru. I sat there in the lobby for 20 mins and finally got up to ask what was going on. They said they were waiting on the Mac and cheese and then she rolled her eyes at me like she was annoyed with me. So I said ok and sat back down. 10 more minutes later they finally had my food ready. By then I was over it and asked for the manger so I could tell him about my experience. She told me he was busy in the back making food and was too busy to talk to me. I asked her how long he would be and then she went and got him. I’m not completely convinced that he was the actual manager so I asked him and he said he was. I told him I was very upset with how long they made me wait and told him I just wanted a refund. I’m a regular there and spend a lot of money on food. I’ve never been treated like this. Don’t go here if you want to wait forever for food and want them to roll their eyes when you ask where your order is.
Chicken was not extra crispy, it's was soggy

No soda
No sports, napkins, or butter
Very high prices and it sucks you can only order online and get good deals but must pay with card does not give option of paying in store like pizza hut
The young lady named Hermila did in excellent customer service. She offered me the promotions that they were having in the store.
The food is usually good but everytime I go there they give me a watered down lemonade that ruins the whole experience. I'm not sure about their other drinks but I don't recommend buying the lemonade it's a hit or miss.
My order was skipped & I watched while everyone else was helped & asked if it was going to be done soon & it got fixed in a minute. I should have not had to wait. I would have asked sooner had there not been a line.
