Drive-thru is slow, but order filled perfectly. Window cashier friendly and positive. Food as usual at KFC-tasty and cooked to perfection.

Was greeted by employees right when I got in the door also was ready to take my order as soon as I was ready order was made correct and fresh I left satisfied

They have $5.00 boxes that satisfy the appetite. I've always loved their chicken and Cole slaw!

Acted like we weren't even there, stood in line behind a woman and her children and they totally ignored us. They were all not busy a manager was visible, they would all look at us like they new what they were doing, and go on with their conversations not once asking if we needed any help.

Literally my last choice for a food stop. Cashier was rude and ignorant, and couldn't tell fried chicken from potato salad if they were labelled.

The food. While Knott's stands alone, for a quick stop $21.99 for Colleen dinner was unbearable. KFC gives you comfort food at a fair price. Service was just okay.

All the KFC in the area are very tatty and run down.not just this one but several in the anaheim/buena park area.it seems the people who run these franchise in this are are really not bothered about the state of the building and the staff who work there.

Service really depends on who you get, been there many times and one out of five visits is a great experience the other four are mediocre

Ignore pete and sam there are restrauny owners and dont care what you think and make sure to check your order who cares if theres a line behind you check your order cuz they will f it up

This restaurant has been greatly improved. New interior and exterior, friendly employees and good chicken.

The manager repeatedly insisted the food was fresh, but it was very old, dry, and nasty tasting. The five star review was written by the owner, so ignore it.

Friendly service with smile and great food. They have improved a lot since remodel and new ownership. Store looks very inviting.

Was given a reciept for 20 dollars and was charged 60 dollars to account. Manager's answer to problem was "it happens often". Good job luck on ripping other people off Terry.

Come in the mornings if you want "fresh" food and sometimes i be seeing like 1 employee in there running the store front end and drive thru.whats up with that?

Food is good for quick eats. Parking lot needs a serious makeover though. Staff is very friendly.

Was a very pleasant experience with fast service and was surprised to see that they offer wi fi now. I can't wait to try the Gold chicken just wish it would be available with the 5 dollar boxes
