Khan Korean BBQ reviews
20A lot of fun, great service and delicious food. Macaroon ice cream sandwich was incredible.
I love this place, I've always said that. The soju is very good. We have been twice, and this second time; The waitresses (they seemed new) were late and forgot your orders.
There are no more ice cream macarons: (now they have frozen orange peel snows and it tastes horrible.
I've been here several times, for birthdays and to treat my family and friends and am really disappointed by their lack of service today. Regular weekday customers are the lifeblood of the service industry, not here though. They turned us away from ordering food because even though they close at 10 they only take food orders until 9, we weren't interested in KBBQ, just wanted to order some sushi to go, we walked in at 9 and they informed us they wouldn't take our order. No where else have I been to a place that closes when the staff leaves. Closing time is when the customers leave.
I'm sorry but if you refuse to serve customers then you won't have any, my family will no longer be dining here.
This is my friends and i favorite place to go eat on special occasions since it’s a little pricey but it’s a lot of food! The meat, tteokbokki, fried gyoza and ramens are so good. The workers are so nice also.
There was a bug in our food and we showed a Waitress who didn't offer a discount, we ended up paying for it which is fine but the offer would've been nice. I wonder if they thought we put it in our food to dine for free. Haven't gone back since
We came in from san Diego where we have frequented Many KBBQ. This place takes the cake. The food was super flavorful. The unlimited sides were delicious and the goza was great. Only down side was the Thai tea. Not the best wouldn't recommend but overall the price and food were perfect will definitely be coming back!
Apparently Im not allowed to seat with family if im not ordering food. I was kicked out because I was just ordering a drink when I was taking a space from a booth no one else was going to take.
Food is delicious, i love it so much, but theirs a problem, not with the food.the service, i went a few months ago, i wanted to get korean barbecue with my parents, we went in it was all nice and clean, but when we got seated we had to wait a whole hour just to get our order, the kitchen was already about to close and we decided to leave since it was already getting really late and since the kitchen was closing already, the woman their was just at the cash register doing whatever she was doing, she kept passing by us and looked at us and didnt even bother to take our orders.the two times i went their the service was excellent, im not sure what her name was but she had black glasses, black hair and tanned skin, she took everyones order besides us, they ran out of the meat we wanted and decided that we were gonna have 2 minutes just to have a look on the menu again, the second time we went the service was excellent, the woman was so kind to us took our orders really fast and the food was delicous, they didnt have a sauce that we wanted so she kindly apoligized to us, she was very kind, im not sure if they were treating us different because we were paying a lot more since we got korean bbq, sushi and chicken and because the very last time we went we were only getting korean bbq, not sure if i would go back but still craving the delicious kimchi, chicken, miso soup, sushi and meat.
Well I'm from the Bay area. And frankly this place was missing a lot of what other korean bbq places offer. For example all the sides that come with your purchase, kimchee, bean sprouts, radishes, veggies, tofu andddd Romain lettuce to eat your meat. Tofu soup was good. Service was great but it's lacking true Korean culture cuisine.
When you pay for the buffet it has a time limit of 2 hours. We were there for 20 to 39 minutes when they "started running out of food we wanted". When we asked for more food the waitress looked at her watch and then told us they were out. We were there an hour before closing and they charges us and we were supposed to be able to eat "the buffet" for 2 hours. They should not charge full price, if they will be kicking us out as fast as they want or take customers less than 2 hours before closing time.
We pay $26.99, $31.99, or $35.99 per buffet, but we end up only eating like $5.00 worth of food with their meat being sliced so thin it always sticks to the grill and the waitress not coming to give us service! Then we have to cook the food ourselves, and with only their measly ingredients, (favoring the regular salt and pepper myself), the waitresses don't bother to come see if you need any service, more food, or refill the drinks. Then the waitress dictates when they are out of food in order to get us out.
My daughter spent $64.00 plus tax and we left hungry and unsatisfied.
I waited 15 minutes for someone to greet me and take my drink order. Meanwhile, people that came in after was greeted within minutes. The waitress in my aisle looked at me several times but didn't say a word. It appears that the waitress from the other side took my order. I ordered a house salad and it came out as I was finishing up my entree. The positive is that the galbi was amazing. It sucks cause I would love to return but not with that kind of service.
It was an "ok" experience. Food was good but gotta admit that it was quite disappointing that we sat there for more than 25 minutes and no one approached to even offer drinks. Will probably try again, but not super excited about it.
After more than 2 hours waiting to pick up the food, octopus was inedible can't eat it due to plastic taste not a good experience!
Long wait to be seated when it was not even busy. Dirty looking overall with lots of supplies in plain view. Feet don't fit under table comfortably because of the grill.
This place is disgusting and expensive and bad customer services l would put this place out of business the waitress was horrible Gordon Ramsay would put this out of business.a hair was in the rice and we had to wait for 15 minutes for the food and ever time we other more food we had to wait 15 minutes all the time
Food is great, I would recommend this place to anyone, our waiter Anthony got our drink oder correct without writing anything and ther was 11 of us, I recommend he gets a raise, I would have him as our waiter again!
The restaurant is clean, but the service is terrible, the person who served us never came back to see what we needed, I had to ask other waiters for what I needed, the side dishes were very poor, they did not have any pickles (which would be the best). Common in a Korean BBQ), when I left I wanted to buy an ice cream, the woman at the reception said that she would be right back, and another person had to come to call her, when I wanted to pay for the ice cream it turned out that she didn't have change, and she told me that she did.ppdia leave it like this =/
Cook food, enjoyed the experience, between vip, beers, extras, and tip I walked out with a $65 bill wholly satisfied.
For me worth the price you pay. The included sides are what did it for me. Best Korean BBQ place for the price.
Great stop with Tesla charging. If you charge your car here you owe it to yourself to go in and have som Korean BBQ or sushi, makes the time fly. They have great lunch specials
