***DO NOT MAKE A DEAL OVER THE PHONE!
I see a lot of people have had a great experience. I am glad to see that. It seems as though those of us who have had a bad experience, are the people who made a deal over the phone. I had a deal over the phone (I live far, I knew what I wanted, I had already test driven). When I got there, that was not the case. I felt like their main goal was to get me in there, then upsell me. I still bought, because I drove a long way. Gearn Burns was great. He did his job well, and treated us great. Alexha, her boss, and the finance guy, not so much-manipulative, impatient, and rude. I will not be a return customer, that's for sure.

Just want to let customers know Eddie Gonzalez the service advisor at Kia Of Cerritos provided great customer assistance when I brought in my car for a recall. Great person overall, explains everything detailed, and keeps you updated with the services.

Very poor customer treatment. They treat you by how you dress and don't want to show even car. I bought car from other dealership same day

When you make an appointment for an oil change, should not take over 2 hours.
Need to implement a better system to service costimers with appointment faster. This is a recommendation

Shauna is flat out amazing. She always makes sure I’m taken care of- a ride is always offered, I get consistent updates on my vehicle, and they have free snacks! This time I wasn’t able to wait at the dealer so Shauna had my car delivered to my house, truly felt like a valued customer. Thank you Shauna and everyone at Kia of Cerritos!

Whenever I come in for service is always taking care They treat you like family take care of your car I never have to bring it back because of something they didn’t do and they have my car delivered to me at home everyone is so friendly Shauna Way is The best

Jim Hutton and Mike in finance helped me out buying my new Kia Sportage. Jim was super cool helped me out a lot and Mike. Mike didn’t pressure me but since I was on my own in buying the car he took the time to explain things in detail for me to understand what I was paying for. Thanks guys for all your help

They take.care of you here never had a problem. Some services are a pricey but you get that assurance that they going to make sure it gets done so pros and cons

The service writer, Ryan Smyth, was exceptional. He kept in touch with us all day with the status of our car and gave us estimates of suggested additional services needed. Good job Ryan.

Appointment was on time.
People were friendly
Watched TV in a quiet.clean environment
It's not something that you want to go and do but to continue driving.you must.
And it was quite painless.

Always very friendly and helpful. They offer a shuttle to the Cerritos mall or a restaurant that is close by, so you can shop or grab something to eat while wait. Very convenient.

I came in yesterday looking to finance a new car I had explained to the sales person Juan that I work two jobs but the job I was working at the longest was on furlough due to COVID 19 but he still proceeded to use that income so when asking for check stubs and seen that they were from December because the reinstated stay at home order in November. I was approved for a new Kia Forte with $1500 down supposedly which was great because i told them i wanted anything but a Kia Soul I hate that car but since i didn’t have check stubs from my 1st job (due to COVID) I had to come back today and he had to run my credit again do a whole different deal with my income from my second job and he put I only work part time 25 hours which is incorrect he promised to get me a used car for 15000 or less we found a Kia Optima for 12995 then all of a sudden none of the cars I picked was being approved ONLY a Kia Soul so after wasting 2 days of my time I try Honda they are almost able to get me a car but they told me that the previous sales person ran everything wrong so now none of the finance companies were approving me without a co-signer because of him not listening to me initially so now I’m stuck with no car and most likely have to do in home financing I feel so defeated. It’s sad that you guys only respond to positive reviews and don’t even apologize for wasting other people’s time or your sales associates incompetence.
