I joined iLoveKickboxing in June and thought I would never get through an entire work out without continuously resting while everyone around me kept exercising. 4 months later, I'm not resting much anymore and I feel great. I love the support that you get from coaches and fellow kickboxers. I feel stronger, fitter and overall healthier. I'm now addicted and love going to get a great workout each and every time I go!
