I highly recommend this studio for anyone that’s willing to learn a new skill or just wants a great workout. They cater to all ages and the instructors are very knowledgeable

Our whole family loves KICKS, especially my kids. They look forward to class each week and I have definitely seen an improvement in their self-defense and confidence. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of learning martial arts!
