I always have an amazing experience when I come here I been coming here since my daughter was born she is 6 now and now that I have twins boys this store is soo convenient but yesterday it’ was very horrible I got there around 5 and I know they close at 5: 30 so right when I walked in the lady that was working there was very rude I walked in and she had told me we close at 5: 30 okay I just said okay and walked straight to what I was looking for I felt very pressured then I couldn’t find the 5t girls cloths And usually when I can’t find something I ask a worker and they are always so amazing and usually guide me and are very bubbly but when I told the lady from yesterday she answered me it’s all there it should be there I told her I understand but that’s why I am asking beacuse I can’t find it and she just said everything is labeled it’s right there when you walk in it’s in there. Felt very disrespected I understand you close in a couple min but no need to be rude like that and I had cloths and I put them down and kept looking she just started charging them I told her I wasn’t 100% about all them and she said okay I just charge them and just tell me what you don’t want so at that moment it didn’t even make me feel like keep shopping I just wanted to leave felt supper pressured. So I just decided to check out and leave.

Every well organized store. Lots of nice things in here. Great concept. Owner is very nice.
Take in your baby items. Get it priced and take your portion and purchase something else in the store.
Can't find newborn clothes? She has them.
Store is organized by girl and boy items and size. Very easy shopping.
She also has equipment and toys

Shopped for my children at Kids Swap ReStore for many years. The sell for store credit system is effective. Clothing and all items are clean, store is organized and well stocked, prices are reasonable for gently used baby to big kid clothing, shoes, books, gadgets, and more.
