Kids and Teen Dental Place, Los Angeles CA

So I've been bringing my doughter to this dentist for 5 years now.
I like how they have patience with my doughter because she is very scare of the dentist.
I do recommend this place

I have never expected that my daughter would have such a great experience at the dentist. The amount of patience and gentle care That I experience when taking my daughter for her treatment here was amazing. I am Extremely grateful. Dr Greg and Gio Are a great team. Gentle and efficient while still providing the most comfortable environment. Iwill definitely recommend to all my friends and family. I always feel in the best of hands. Thank you and we can honestly say we look forward to the next visit.

I called more than three times and was hung up on all 3 times. The 4th time they finally answered a lady called kaitlin, After arriving for my daughter's appointment my daughter 9yr old asked to go to the restroom, she was inside the restroom when a grown man walked up and opened the door to the restroom there was a argument between me and the guy my daughter then informed me that the lock didn't work in the restroom. I asked the staff about this and they confirmed that the door wouldn't lock unless you lifted when closing it. This is completely unacceptable I walked out of the appointment in disbelief that they knew that the restroom door didn't work properly and didn't address it when there is children using these restrooms.

Horrible customer service, have been coming here for a while now. Both of my kids have had treatment with these doctors. Last appointment February 14,2023 took both in for exam. Per dental assistant who was assigned as "manager" for the day because apparently the real manager was not in. I was told I couldn't have both of my kids in the exam room at the same time! She wanted me to leave my 5 year alone waiting in the hallway while they examined my 10 year old! And vice versa. When I told her it was ridiculous and it has never been a problem before and that how come no one mentioned this to me when I scheduled the appointment for both of my kids.her response was "we don't disclose that information" lol Of course I walked right out of that place! Ridiculous! What parent would allow such thing? Not me that's for sure! I called their "call center" to make a complaint and they left "the manager" a message to call me back the next business day. I still have NOT received a call from this manager. Having both of my kids in the same room during exam has never been an issue, even during pandemic. Trust me had they told me when I scheduled their appointments that my 5 year old had to wait outside in the hallway alone, I would have NEVER wasted my time. Also, call center representative mentioned that other parents have complained about the same thing and they don't do anything about it. Horrible place! My kids safety comes first! Wish they could get zero stars!

Great service. Staff always so helpful. Me & My kids LOVE Dr. Greg he’s so quick & nice. Definitely recommend!

The service is good but I think they can do a much better job to relax the children and not cry when they are in process…. There are televisions in each room but they are not used in order to make the children think about what they are watching…. Perhaps if before inducing the children they would talk to them about things, what is in the room, what is happening on television or anything else, it would be much better for them to lose their fear a bit and trust the doctors. I don't like that I cry girl…. I think they have to make their work in a more interactive way for the children…
