Kids Care Dental and Orthodontics - Roseville

The entire appt.took too long. I waited 15 min when I arrived and then another 15 min too see the dentist after hygienist. It's a kids dentist office, kids can't wait that long, service should be a bit faster, especially when it's an appt.

Always a great experience at Kids Care. Both of my daughters were seen and couldn’t have asked for better care. My girls can be difficult as my oldest tends to have a lot of anxiety when it comes to doctor and dentists appointments, but Ashly and Dr. Carlos were so patient and helpful by talking to them and just simply explaining what they were doing ️

My son absolutely loves going to this dentist. He always looks forward to his appointments and is never anxious about them. We would recommend Kids Care and Dr. Grandpre to anyone. We have always had a great experience there.

My Abigail absolutely loves Doctor Carlos. He is the highlight of her visit and makes my world as a mom so much easier. I have heard so many horror stories of children fearing their dentist visits.we have never had to deal with that kind of trauma with our little one. She is running to the car with excitement because she gets to see him and that is because his main concern aside from the health of their teeth and gums is that they have a positive relationship with the dentist office. He makes it a point to keep their joy in tact when it comes to their association with their dentist. Thank you Doctor Carlos! You are a true gem!

I had brought my oldest kids here years ago and after being turned away from many with my oldest who had ASD they were the only place who made her feel at ease (Citrus Heights and then moved with the dr to the folsom location). Today I had to schedule my younger children and IRMA who set them up when I called was just amazing! She was so patient and thorough as I added 4 more kids to their system and set up appointments. Thank you kids care and Irma. Looking forward to returning and visiting your roseville location!

Not happy at all when trying to get same day ortho appointment especially when it comes to lose wire braces.they need to have more flexibility on their schedule.

My son says: "this place is amazing. You get to watch movies while your teeth get worked on. There's also video games in the waiting room. I would recommend this place for anyone. "

Dr. J and Dr. Grandpre are amazing professionals. They always take great care of my son. Always very kind and communicative throughout the treatments. All around great experience. I have never written a review before, but I had to today because these guys do a fantastic job.

All of your staff is wonderful. They have created such a great relationship with my kids. The connection they have is the reason why they love going to the dentist. I could say 'thank you' a million times and that still would not be enough.

Dr. Grandpre is so loving and caring. He always puts a smile on your face, and treats the children very kindly. They have a kids game room that they just love as well. It's a great environment.

Used to be great, Unfortunate that they switched over to a call center, because now the front office Ladies and call center staff are rude!

Dr. Grandpre and his assistant were great. They did a wonderful job making my 5 year old son feel comfortable while filling a cavity on his back molar. Very surprised at how well it went because this was his first cavity. Thank you kids care!

Love kids care dental due to so many reasons. The entire staff is always friendly and caring! Really easy to make appointments. I had two appointments last week for both of my twins but they got sick one after another. We need a two day advance notice to cancel an appointment but they were so understanding that cancelled the appointments without being rude like at other places I have come across! Thank you so much kids care dental team!

My twins LOVE coming to Kids Care Dental. In fact, thanks to Dr Grandpre and the team, they are taking better care of their teeth. My son also loves the game room and my daughter finds the TV's on the ceiling very cool. Thanks to Kids Care, my daughter is no longer afraid of the dentist (bad experience in AZ). Awesome service! Highly recommend!

Love Kids Care Dental! I will keep my kids coming here as long as they are able to keep coming. They make the kids feel so comfortable and my youngest is always asking when she gets to come back.
