Five star in-office service, one star for ability to contact. The staff is friendly, professional, and capable, but you can't get hold of them to save a life. Our son has an appointment for an ortho consult that we made a year ago (during his last consult) and we're going to be out of town. I've called repeatedly, both direct to the local office and the 844 national number. I'm on hold for 10 minutes and then the line just disconnects. It's been this way for the past 4 weeks over multiple attempts to contact. Their site has no rescheduling option as far as I've found, so we're forced to take a trip to the office to simply reschedule. Except.there will be no reschedule, only a cancellation. I need better service than this. Bye bye Kids Care.

I just want to say they did amazing and work well with the my kids. Very friendly and soo accommodating.

This company is a scam. We had a service in April of 2022 and we just received a bill from them. They also charged me for a service they did not complete. Do not trust them with your child they will tell you anything to get more money out of you.

If it wasn't for my son's dentist dr Annabelle and the awesome technicians who help her I would never go back. I got a bill sent to my email for $300, so I call they told me it's because missed appointments which acquired since the middle of last year! I told them I've always called to cancel just sometimes or was hours before the appointment because my son would get sick. They said I needed to call the night before! How am I supposed to know my child is going to be sick the next day? Very rude and insincere apparently you need to take your sick child so they don't charge you. And nevermore giving them curtousy call about not coming in. Never in my life had this issue. Also why was I never informed about this bill every time he did go? Very sad how this we handled.

Office is very kid friendly. Mrs. Kaur made my daughter so comfortable, provides quality care, she was so patient with her. I never would’ve thought my daughter would be able to get her dental treatments done. If you have a kid who’s usually afraid of going to the dentist go to her. I’m in Stockton and because the quality of care I’m willing to drive to Modesto to see her.

We love kids care dental. I have dragged my kids to a few different dentist in the area and none of them were as attentive as this office. Everyone in the office is polite. The dentist and the assistants do a very good job at communicating exactly what is going on and what needs to be done for future appointments. They go out of their way to make sure my kids feel safe and don’t leave fearing the dentist.

5 stars for the doctors. 1 star for back end office procedures. Thus an average of 3 stars.

They rely on an automated text service that doesn’t function or doesn’t respond in a timely manner. The instructions given by this service, even if you follow all instructions, can lead you to financial penalties. For example, it asks you to cancel within a certain time frame. You text back and cancel the appointment. However, the message never said you had to reschedule within a certain timeframe or that also leads to a monetary penalty. Not even sure if those messages have been fixed but I had to have an hour long text convo with someone, with cited evidence, proof I operated in good faith to instructions…. Only when it was time to call in to a manager they were ready to wave this fee……been 48 hours still don’t think I received my text receipt for the work done Tuesday…. Now a days all the responsibility is on the consumer…it’s horrible.

My Kid loves to go here without hesitation. Specially the assistant pn a saturday, she knows how to calm my daughter and not being scared to do the procedure with her doctor.

Dr. Stoker and Alicia are great. Very detailed and explained everything clearly. My son got his braces on and left with a smile-We look forward to seeing them again!

Love Kids Care! We have followed Dr Annabelle for almost 17 years now. Both of my boys have Dental Anxiety and her and the techs are amazing with them. We travel from Stockton to come see her! Thank you Kid's Care!

The place is nice, however the appointments are made up to every two months for the control of the Child, when from experience with other orthodontists it is monthly, the service is NOT cheap so they should be more aware and provide the service that is requested.if we are requesting to be seen per month and we are paying for a monthly service, they should provide the service, again, it is not the first time we have gone to an orthodontist but this place has left a lot, a lot to be desired in service, if they improve that They would easily reach an exceptional level with their work. We came here on a recommendation but ending, because you agree to pay for everything, we will not use them again, not recommended.
