Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics - Greenback

Since COVID started the office has taken away anything that made it fun for kids. I understand taking away toys in the common area but they even stopped giving them the little toy surprise in their toothbrush bag and no more headphones to watch the cartoons. I feel like any reason I had to make it great for kids to go there is now gone and I’m considering moving them to my regular dentist.

Both of my kiddos have been coming here since they were toddlers. Great staff, great doctors. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.

Brought my to kids here and they did an amazing job. My 3 year old son sat up after the dr Joshua finish exam and said that was fun. Office is very kid friendly.

Staff is super nice. Would be cool if they would fix video game systems, maybe get a newer tv for the games. They are often running late for your appointment.

I absolutely love this place, they are great with both of my children. The only negative thing I have to say is not being told about fees, how much services may cost and being hit with a 115.00 dollar bill upon checking in for our appointment. You may want to tell parents in advance that they may have a bill and are expected to pay it at the end of the appointment. Some families may not be able to make a large payment at one time.

My son had a bad experience with a dentist prior to this place. The first visit here the assistant n dr. They couldn't do an exam or cleaning or xray because we was nervous yet they are sending us a bill. Also the 2nd time we went in for a happy visit to get him comfortable. I was charged for a happy visit with the assistant too when I we were told prior there is no fee for happy visits with asst. Bill shows happy visit was with a Dr but it was not. I talked to the young female office manager n was later told by the staff everything was taken care of n there is no charge.and I still got a bill in the mail. I don't mind paying for thing but only when service promise is kept. Play tv's does not work n no video games like the pictures

The staff here is very professional and friendly. The office is clean and bright. They have fun stuff for the kids to play with while you wait. The dental professionals are all really wonderful with the children. Very happy with our experience here!

My kids really love going to the dentist because they make it a loving, gentle, unusually happy experience.

During my daughters first visit to the dentist, Kids Care mad her feel very relaxed and comfortable. She had no problem being there. They made the visit very pleasant for everyone.

My daughter always enjoys herself here. They are absolutely great with kids. My daughter actually gets excited for her dentists apointments.

Our dental assistant rocks. She was great with my kids, they are used to the whole dentist routine now. They got their picture taken and got their balloons and goodie-bags. They can not wait to come back for their next visit.

Love that the staff, they encourage my 2 year old son to explore the instruments before using them. That plus their positive attitudes creates a very comfortable experience for him.

Great experience in both regular dentist visits and Ortho. We would highly recommend them to any parents looking for child-friendly services.

Absolutely love Kids Care Dental. Both my kids go there for general denistry and my older son goes there for Ortho. They are very through and great service. My kids love going there and get excited. Even my son with braces enjoys going and they have made the whole experience great for us.

I was really impressed with the service and the care they provided to me and my kids. Everyone was so much and professional and they really took great care of us. All of the things they had around the office to keep the kids busy and distracted was very cool.

The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. My youngest is taken care of and he actually doesn't mind going to the dentist anymore.

I have been taking both of my kiddos here for a year now and I love it! Dr. CHAI in ortho is great and all of the pedo Dr.s are amazing. Thank you for making it fun to go to the dentist!

Wow staff is Awsome here they go the extra mile with your child please if u care about the best quality care for your child bring them here please best staff in Sacramento also there office is set up very nice with stuff do for the kids while waiting
