Amazing place to take the kids. I took my little girl here and I got to say we had an amazing experience. The staff are nice and the whole play area was amazing. I know girl enjoyed it and I'm sure yours will too

I'd say kids under 4th grade can have fun here. Parents are allowed go into the play structure to watch over their toddler, etc. The only disappointing point of this place is the snack bar. Although they have signs "No outside foor or drinks" posted, the available food by them is all junk (candies, chips) & not even hot coffee or tea. I've noticed parents smuggled in their own snacks anyway & the birthday party host parents had the outside food spread. I thought "moto speedway" (electronic car & motorcycle kids can ride) under the structure was nice, different from other indoor playground. When the lights got dimmed, a dinasour character came out (on Sun while we were here) & had some dance time with kids.

We come here often for my toddler, so we decided to host his 3rd birthday here. Given that it was a rainy day, I expected some foot traffic the day of the party. What I did not expect was the poor customer service from the manager, Guadalupe and our party assistant, Andrew. I got many comments about the manager's rudeness from guest who were checking in and she also harrassed some of my guest who were waiting in the check-in area for their kid. Given that you are constantly surrounded by children, I expect a better demeanor and not be so unapproachable. Andrew was so slow to move, in general. Our drinks weren't cold cuz they 'ran out'. Our party was at 10: 30 am, so how they ran out, I dont understand. I had to follow-up on the unlimited drinks and candies that were included in our party package. He also completely forgot to bring out the party favors (also included in the package) we paid for and by the time he did, 60% of the guest were gone. While Open Play is fine, be wary about planning a party here.

Great place for kids party, need more like it. Need alot more places FREE for children to let go of kid frustration besides the park. When my Babygirl (32 now) was little there was a boy's & girl's club for all ages and all neighborhoods up to 18. Great

We just a really bad experience here for the first time and a extremely disappointed. First let me say that this location really need to be refurbished and repaired because it's becoming extremely dangerous for the kids lots of the padding is ripped or completely destroyed. As far as today we arrived and sat a at a table we use frequently because we get the best view of the kids, the table was open no reserved sign to party things no sign we sit here for about an hour then this employee tells us we have to move because the table is reserved for a party. I asked why they couldn't use another table or why the table wasn't reserved with a sign I got no response except to move then the employee proceeded to grab my things and move them I asked for a manager she bt was giving a false name of Chloe never coming here again

It was my son’s birthday party, I booked more than 2 weeks in advance. I was told the package of 39.99/kid (compared to regular admission at $15, same facility, no restriction) comes with a host who will be making sure the decoration is done the night before the party and make sure all setup needed including foods and drinks are arranged and ready to go. All I needed to do was to drop off my own decoration (if I choose to do so that’s most welcomed) ahead of time. I was also told that the host will lead the activities to run the party.
I dropped of the decorations a week before the party. The front desk girl assured me that they are very familiar with the kit I provided, but I need to provide a helium tank for the balloons in the kit. I brought it the same day.
The day before the party I stopped by to drop off some ready foods, as I was told there’s a large fridge and I can store there.
The morning of the party i brought fruits trays. There was no decoration whatsoever, you wouldn’t know a party will start in a couple hours. I was told that since my party starts at 2pm, the decorations will only go up at 1: 30pm. I inquired about my host and was told that my host will come in at 1: 30pm to get the party ready. I was assured there is a team to get everything together fast.
I had no choice but to believe.
I went back at 1: 50pm as I had a bit of a car issue. Shockingly discovered that nothing was set up besides the table clothes and plates. No food, no decoration, nothing. My guests are told to arrive at 2pm.
No host to greet me. There was no one visible seem to be working to get our party ready.
I shared my concern but was told that my party only starts at 2pm so there’s no reason that decoration needs to be ready now, says a young male front desk person who seems to be in the late teens.
I inquired about my host. Another seemingly teen girl came out and I identify herself as my host. She was very calm, almost slow moving. Informing me that the balloons are being blown. She didn’t know anything about the foods I have dropped off or other items I brought labeled with my son’s name to set up the tables and to serve the food. Nor was she aware that she was going to lead any activities. She said her job is to decorate and that’s pretty much it.
I went to the front desk to ask for the manager hoping to get more help to get the party ready now we are looking at 3 minute before 2pm. I was told that there was no manager on-site.
I saw 5-6 personnel available but none came to help the so-called host. My sister and I took over the decoration with the host brought out the cart filled with everything I dropped off telling me to help myself.
Emily, the manager, showed up at 2: 20pm. Informed me their job is to get everything ready at 1: 30pm so I shouldn’t expect more. I politely shared that when I arrived at 1: 50pm, nothing was done. She asked what do I want. I asked to please bring out the food. My guests have arrived and all they get is to stare at empty tables with table clothes and plates.
The workers brought out the fruits and appetizers fully packaged. The food wrap wasn’t removed, tapes stay intact, lids sealed tight. I was grateful that I brought a scissor.
The host helped with cleaning and brought out cake. She also lit the candles. But that was it. It’s not a host really. More like a bus-person role. She did not lead any activity, not leading the happy birthday song, nothing of host type responsibility. Nothing like the hosts of other kids parties that we have been to. I don’t think it’s her interpretation of the host job. It is the poor training of the company, the manager, and the false advertisement to scheme to customers. I tipped her at the end, as despite her poor performance as a host, she’s the only one in the store who offered smiles and at least tried to help, regardless of how helpful it was.
I am very very very disappointed at the Kids Empire. So many lies and oversights. I alert you to steer clear to avoid a horrible experience.

This mini kids' gym is a great location to take a toddler or a young child under 12 years old. Adults are allowed to play with their children inside the play area—no outside food or drinks. Bring your socks, or beware of buying them at the counter for three dollars. The entry fee is suitable for all day. You can leave to eat something and come back the same day before the kid's gym closes. Two adults are free with the purchase of one child. Fifteen dollars is the cost for one child's entry. Parking is flexible and friendly.

Always dirty and the staff were always grumpy. Especially if you are Asian for some reason they treated you with less respect and attitude

Went here for a kid birthday party. Was impressed. Kids had a blast playing and climbing and chasing after each other. There were a few item in the maze that looked a bit suspect (the mega slide and the climbing net thingy) but besides a few early bang ups the kids figured out how to safely Play. The play spaces were well kept and clean. The facility overall was in good condition (and smelled nice) and the staff was constantly cleaning up the floor and tables.

The children were evicted very unkindly while playing because they went to an area where they had to wear diapers to play, we understand the hard work of the staff, but the very unkind eviction had a great impact on the children, my child cried sadly for over an hour and was very scared of the staff

My daughter comes here 2 or 3 times a week we're known there and they're getting better sometimes management gets a little gun hole but it's okay it should allow you to bring more food inside and put more games the games are always broken eating up quarters if they need help they can hire me technician on gaming so you need help

Chose this place to celebrate 3 y.o. Birthday, and was very happy! Our host was so helpful, tables were served with beautiful tablecloths, plates, cups, balloons, then Dragon came and danced with kids. Adults and kids had fun)

We had a great time. We really enjoyed their birthday package. Of course we're always concerned with safety protocols in this type of environment
