Kids Empire Rialto

This place is very clean, no one where’s their shoes where all the kids are walking around I thought that was a great idea. But this place needs more cushion on those colorful mates they play on that’s one thing I did not like but the place is fun and also once you pay you are good for the whole day and you can leave and come back witch I thought that was cool, only have snacks there

This place is ridiculously so disorganized, if you get to a birthday party “on time” you are late, make sure you get there 45 min early beca you will miss the party for standing in line for an hour! They need better system in checking people in.

Prices jumped a lot this year with no hot food upgrades or being able to bring in food of our own. Plus no shoes on for people who don’t go into the play place is crazy

My 7yr old boy, loves coming to Kids Empire. We love the fact that we can spend hours playing & are able to leave & return. Kids always make new friends & run into regular friends. The staff are pleasent. I like that is affordable & makes it easier to go more often. Thank you Kids Empire

I had so much fun at Violets party here at Kids Empire Rialto. There was so much to do. The staff was so friendly and the space was clean. Definitely recommend for a kids party!

Love coming here with my family! The entire staff are amazing and always so sweet to us. Each kid is $22.90 for all day, what a steal! We’re unable to bring outside food drinks or a cake but even coming as a customer we’re able to leave and eat and come right back! Make sure to bring socks, everyone including adults NEED to wear socks to keep the place clean. Luckily they let you put your shoes back on to go to the restroom. This place is huge and has so many options for both kids AND adults.

Price went from $15 to $20 for each children.
Hopefully they are using the extra money to make the place more appealing and to fix things that are tearing down.

I went to this place and after one minute of being there, I had to leave because I had an emergency phone call. I asked for my money back and they told me all sales are final. These people have no scruples! I will never go to this place again!

It's has gotten too expensive for the activities offered. Areas are not visible where kids get bullied. Kids running around with no socks. I won't be visiting this place again.

I appreciate the membership option. I also like that we can leave and come back for no extra charge and no time limits. There is even a little toddler area for the little ones. Also lockers.

Took my 1 1/2 year old grandson & he had a blast. There's stuff to do for older kids to. We only ordered snacks, average prices. They could use a better safety program maybe they stamp the hands of child & parents to make sure you're child doesn't get taken but it wasn't crowded on a Thursday at 2pm.

Should monitor the small kid area so big kids aren't running thru.
Went on Saturday there's no safety measures from staff definitely have to have eyes on your kids 100% of the time, cause other parent don't watch their's.
Overall, the area looked clean.
Ok prices.

Not good for toddlers. Witnessed a lot of accidents in the toddler section because of bigger kids running around in there and no one is supervising the area. The ball pit was filled with big kids and the parents act like nothing.

First and last time here, at least for now. Not a good place for toddlers. This is more for like 5 and up. Their so called toddler area is very small and there’s constantly bigger kids running in and out of there. Not worth the money imo. Instead of having 3 people charging in the front they should have one or two supervising play areas.

Good food, fell down tower, pee on ladder, whoseeee thisss? , fist bump kids, hot bathrooms, need air conditioning, need more water, good ketchup, no shoes OHHH NOOOO
