The stylist who cut my son's hair was fantastic. She was quick and did a good job. Frankly, the customer service is their strength. However, the stylists can cut kids hair properly and nicely. Personally, it's a missing accomplished for me.

I took my grandson today no appointment made ahead of time and They got him in with ease. I have taken all 5 of my grandkids and each and every time they have fit them in with a short wait. I'm very pleased with my experience here and would recommend this location.

Got my sons first haircut today (he’s 14 months old) and Elizabethe was so amazing! She cut it exactly like I wanted and was so fast! We will definitely be going back when he needs a hair cut again!

I've been taking my 3yr old son here because I love the entertainment set up for the kids and have been quite satisfied with the service until today. The coucasian lady in the front desk had a rude unwelcome tone with me, then the women who cut my son's hair did not do a good job didn't even bother dusting off the hairs around his neck. As I was ready to pay the coucasian lady again didn't have the courtesy to assist me, she just left the desk began attending other things that the hairstylist could have done. Other two employees had mention it to her that I was waiting to be assisted and she still continue sweeping. If only she would have given me good service then it would not have been a big issue. Something about my skin color I supposed. Disappointing.
