Kids Play Cafe

I was expecting there to have more and better toys, but it's my first and last time going there. They do clean up frequently, which is a plus. It's kind of hidden, and the windows are just tinted, so you don't even know if they are even open unless you open the door. They should definitely decorate the outside and indoor more to make it look more welcoming, fun, and bright. The restroom is nice and kid friendly with a stool.

This place is great! However, they have been consistently opening late. We love this place and drive extra (even when there’s a place closer to us) but there’s been a few times they open late (after 9: 20 because staff is late getting there and still have to prep and clean. One time the lights were off at 9 and we stayed 15 minutes and no one came to open so we had to leave- no update on instagram until way later. Another time it was 9: 25, parents were lined up banging on the door and calling pretty annoyed. Please fix with staff or adjust your opening times online. I’ve heard the manager talking about this to other parents while we’re there so she is well aware.

This place is solid and my girls enjoyed themselves. It’s relatively clean considering it’s for kids and pricing was fair. You’ll want an extra pair of socks to change out after you’re done, but I find this to be true of all places that don’t allow shoes. Will take them back.

The whole place is nasty and sticky and smelly my white socks turned black the balls were sticky and slimy and deflated. Bathroom doesn’t work just nasty if i could give a zero star i would

The floor feels really really greasy and dusty. All of the toys and stuffs there are dusty, dirty, greasy. There is a sign “no shoes beyond the gate”, guess they never clean the floor and stuffs there. My baby’s clothes turned out black after playing there. Never come back

It was a beautiful experience my daughter enjoyed the most of it she was so happy!

The big reason why I am giving it a two-star,
it’s because after we visited this place my daughter got sick from HFMD (hand, foot, and mouth disease) and I know for a fact it was from here because she was perfectly fine before and this was the only place we visited.
I noticed they didn’t do any sanitizing to toys, or anything that kids were playing with, and I was there for a long time, after that I also noticed they were two sick kids coughing EVERYWHERE and they were not wearing a mask and none of the girls that were working there said or do anything for everyone’s healthy safe and I don’t even think they were paying attention to what was going on. Come on HEALTHY is serious!
So we left.
I don’t think I will be back to this place soon.
I would love to take my daughter again but I’m really afraid for her to get sick again, HFMD it was a nightmare for her and me as a parent (she’s so much better right after a tough week). Hopefully, they can do something about it for everyone’s health and safety.

I never took my kids there for one single time without them coming back sick. Some parents don’t care. Even though their kids are coughing, and having running nose, they would still bring them. The staff don’t care. Most importantly, the staff don’t disinfect surfaces or anything. So germs stay there.

We love this place but every time we go there are less and less balls and it is dirty. There are 2 holes in the netting back by the swing that definitely cause a hazard. My daughter crawled back into the area and under the trampoline. The hole is too small for a adult so I just had to beg my daughter to come out.she's 2 so it took a minute. They need to get all the balls and trash out from back their and close the holes up. Other then that what a great place to take your kids and stay cool during the summer.

First time coming here with my kids, it is a pretty big place. They have designated areas for stuff, BUT I’ve been to another one and just way better. The lady in front didn’t greet us, 3 kids we paid 40$ they close at 7 we got there around 5: 30ishh. The place isn’t the cleanest either one of the nets has a giant hole which could be a hazard for a small child. The lady was just behind the desk on her phone the whole time. A little boy hit my child & the mom was no where to be seen. Some parents come to bring the kids and not look after them. The floor was dirty that I wanted to keep my Sandals on but couldn’t even though it was 5 min till closing. Go to M&M the staff is just more attentive and friendly, They make sure all kids play nicely, as this place just not it wouldn’t recommend.

I just want to say that Leana the girl behind the counter was on it. She was constantly disinfectanting and picking up toys. I'll definitely come back.

Kids Cafe was Amazing my girls had such a blast and the girl there helped me get situated to work in a table since all the other tables were occupied. I can’t wait to take my kids back. I packed there lunches and snack and they even sell snacks & drinks. Free coffee for the parents!

So after coming across this place on Instagram, and based off of what I saw on their page and their advertisement of how "clean" this place is I decided to take a drive to Fresno (one hour) to check it out. Well, unfortunately that hour drive was not worth it. Sadly I was pretty disappointed due to 1.the lack of customer service and 2.especially the cleanliness!

Although the concept of this play cafe is pretty neat, and they have a good selection of equipment & toys (which a lot have to be replaced) they definitely need to keep up with the cleaning and work on better customer service.

Honestly what kept me there for a couple of hours was the fact that I drove one hour and my son was having fun. But I felt so disgusting and dirty after being there. I kept wiping my sons hands with my personal handwipes & washing his hands in that restroom that was so dirty.

Minutes after arriving and exploring our socks went from white to black! The softplay area and ballpit need a good deep cleaning. Prior to leaving I had to go into the dirty, smelly restroom again to give my son a birdbath and change him into a new outfit and throw those nasty socks away. I've been to Children Museums, Parks, even the play areas at the mall I could say are cleaner than this place.

Overall, my son enjoyed playing however due to their dirtiness I don't ever see myself returning. Nor would I recommend this place.

This place is not what it used to be. I always brought my child here the last 3 years and it’s not the same. When we went the staff member looked like she was incredibly miserable and like it was a bother for her to be there. When people or when I would ask her a question she would hardly open her mouth to talk.wish they cleaned it more often, this place is not as clean as it used to be.

Price on wedsite do not reflect actual prices. The place is not made for kids over 5. I took my 4 year and he was pushing the limits. One staff on site at a time. No able to get a number for owner from staff. Staff did not look like she want to be there at all.

Arrived here at 10: 12am on New Years and they were closed. They also just removed there time saying they were open

My daughter really loves this place her face lights up the minute we walk in and I really appreciate places like this. I just really wish it was cleaner, don’t look in back of the trampoline or by the swing you will freak out at how much dust and trash there is piled up there. Besides that I can say it’s a good atmosphere but really needs to be cleaner for kids. Also please make it easier to track visits on the 10 day pass I had so much trouble with this I was told twice I had no visits left when I had only used it twice, there’s really no way of tracking it for us as individuals we just take your word for it.

Why is this place so DUSTY? If you don’t want people to wear shoes, at least clean the floor!
