My autistic four year old son has been working with speech therapist Ms. Noopur for 7 months or so. His language has absolutely bloomed over this time. When we started with Noopur he had a great vocabulary but issues with pragmatic language. He would frequently use scripts to communicate and had a hard time saying what he wanted, how he was feeling, or asking questions in a way that others could understand. He also couldn't communicate well with other kids which led to problems with social interactions. Now, just 7 months later his questions are insightful and intelligent, he frequently and successfully shares about his needs and feelings, and no longer uses scripts unless he's telling jokes (and let's face it.jokes are pretty scripty!). We haven't seen many other kids because of Covid but the few times we have he has demonstrated much improved social language including asking other kids to play and asking what they want to play with. So much of this can be attributed to his work with Noopur at Kids Therapy and we are amazed that she's been able to accomplish all of this through telehealth appointments alone. Any family would be lucky to have her and we so grateful to her. She is kind, smart, and amazing at what she does. She keeps therapy light and fun and is always so fully present with my son. I can tell he really feels seen and heard when he's talking to her. A truly talented and dedicated speech therapist.

I was new to the spectrum process for getting my child an i.e. P. I was told to get a medical evaluation before we had our meetings with the school.
I was told to send them an email of what my concerns were for my son. I sent it in and they set up our appointment.

We get there and the young girl said she was in a hurry and had to rush a little. She proceeded to ask me questions while I filled out the questionnaires. Then she kept talking about my child's physical abilities, which I stated in my first email was not his issues. My son needed more psychological help with anxiety and sensory. She didn't respond to that and proceeded. Not once did they address this aspect of him. The girl then played some games with him to test his coordination, which I stated again that he did not have any problems with that. They did not test him academically at all. They did not test for anxiety and the other similar types of concerns we have.

So we are rushed out at 45 min.of our hour appointment. On the way out I asked if they had a therapist he could see. The young girl finally says, "We don't offer that here. " I also told her how will we fix the forms that were filled out wrong. She said, "Just email us about fixing it. " So, they proceed to continue the evaluation anyway without the fix. I get in the mail the results, which say "unspecified lack of coordination". Again, not what we were even there for. I asked for a refund and they keep denying it. I need this money to take my child where he needs to go to get help. This place is greedy. They are not truthful. I didn't even get what I paid for and that doesn't matter to the dignity of their facility. I just can't believe this is how they run their facility.

My children have been attending speech and OT here for over a year and they have grown so much! The staff is friendly and go above and beyond for my boys. Highly recommend!

Watch out for an $82.50 no show fee even after cancelling appointments. They'll do it twice too!

They'll also continue to harass you about it even after you've paid. Real stellar collections agency.

Everyone here is so kind. We love (especially my son) our therapists. The whole atmosphere is so calm and light. We come twice a week and there is no drudgery in coming. My son loves to come! It’s like a play date to him. We are so thankful to have such a great place to come to for speech therapy. They are the best of the best.
