Worst program out there. Totally dissatisfied. Staff is extremely hard to work with. Have recommended to our school to find a different program to use. Activities are too juvenile for the combined age groups. Kid to instructor ratio is too high. Kids are getting left out, and if they find the activity not age appropriate, are told to sit out and do nothing. Stay far far away from this program. Our daughter was left unsupervised outside one afternoon, which is where I found her when I picked her up, and they really didn't care. Said she was refusing to come inside, but didn't bother to call a parent. Stay away!

I’m a former KidzToPro instructor, and my experience with management and administration was absolutely horrible. It’s such a disorganized mess with zero forethought on the managers’ part for any kind of practical preparation for most of the classes I taught. For Minecraft, they just told us to sign the kids in on each laptop, but give us no email addresses, passwords, or any information at all as to how to do that…I had to make multiple calls to management myself to ask for that information. At one point I get a text response from one manager bluntly saying to me “you’re doing it wrong” when the info he gave me wasn’t working, but he didn’t even inquire further as to what I was supposedly doing wrong or continue the conversation with me at all to figure something out. As the instructor I was told that everything will be provided to me and the other instructors I worked with. Management gave us nothing, I had to ask several times and they finally texted me a list of email addresses/passwords to use…. About 40 minutes into the class time. They should have given that information to us beforehand, rather than me having to make multiple communication attempts asking for it. I felt bad for the kids because this was a waste of their class time.

Unethical and unprofessional business practices. Went thru training and was not paid for training. Was offered 0 classes and completely unprofessional and inaudible communication with management. Materials are full of factual and grammatical errors.

As a former employee of their Bay Area locations, I can confidently say that the staff watching your children are unqualified high schoolers who need extra money during the summer. The company itself is completely disorganized, and cares very little about the children's experience and more about how much money they can make. They are desperate for employees, and will take anyone who applies; which makes the staff COMPLETLY unqualified, unprofessional and unenjoyable and I would never trust my child with them. During the summer of 2020 when we thought one staff member had COVID, management said to wait until the weekend to get tested so that they wouldn't have to find a substitute for 3 days if he actually was sick (which he was).

Also, if you reach out to management, they will never respond. You will NEVER get that refund back, and that's all part of their plan.

My child’s school chose to work with this organization to enrich their after school program. After reading the reviews on Google I was quite concerned about the quality of the program. However it’s not bad at all. Our kids like the programs and they look forward to learning more. As for robotics camp, each 2-3 kids use a robot and an iPad. The instructors seem to be knowledgeable in the field. Also the program is also very affordable. This is the feedback after two weeks. Update will be provided if the program quality declines.

0 stars. I was referred to work as a camp instructor last summer. Please do not enroll your child/children in this camp. It is a complete scam and I’ve never experienced anything like this before (been working with kids for almost 10 years). Trust me, look into any other camps, but this one.

I enrolled my kid to after school basketball class, she is new to it. We were excited which was short lived.
It’s such a terrible camp. For first two classes The coach was just standing, and my daughter didn’t know what to do? I went and asked and he told me he is being pushed into it and he is new to coaching, and that he is letting kids warm up for few classes? Like a free play? So weird. Third class.teacher is late bu 30 mins! No prior intimation, school called me.my kid was panicking! Anyway a new coach shows up! Again same thing.my kid doesn’t have a clue of the sport! I asked the coach.he said I am just filling-in.wow! What’s going on? 3 classes wasted? I want to unenroll my kid and reached to customer service.yet to hear from them.what a nightmare!

Very disappointing, my children signed up for Robotics class but they did not get to have the experience of working with the robot because there were too many children in class.

Absolutely horrible! There is no result ever. No matter how much you reach out, the response is the program manager will reach out but no one ever does. I will not even consider enrolling my kid into any of thier programs. This a waste of time and money for both you and your child.

Terrible company that doesn’t pay attention to children or have enough supplies to run the class which resulted in my child being bit by another student since the instructor was not paying attention and students were bored as they had to wait their turn to share only 2 robots for the entire group. Having paid for a robotics coding class it was also disappointing to find that they had only been playing Legos for weeks because they couldn’t find their robots. After several emails and calls to their company headquarters and CEO for over a month, I have yet to receive any direct response to address these huge concerns. AVOID THIS COMPANY - YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE SAFE.

KidzToPros is an amazing organization. Some parents may not have the most ideal experience but in our case it was great.

I should have checked the reviews before signing the kid up in Fremont, California. I signed up for 3 different classes a week and it's has been stressful. The classes themselves are fine but the management is a mess. Robotics Lego classes had no robotics and only lego. The kids showed up at the Hip-hop class but didn't see the teachers. We never received the refund either. Later when we reached out and was told that the class did happened and teachers were just late. However no one notified the school or the parents. Every time there was an issue it was forwarded to the district manager and that was end of it. There had been other issues and we have only been in the programs for 2 months.

At Campbell School of Innovation, KidzToPros canceled a whole week with 5 mins notice. They sent a email. Kids were stranded at school because parents were not prepared to pick up with 5 minutes notice.

Their customer service is outsourced and terrible.

Terrible program. I signed my son up for 8 weeks of tennis for 4th and 5th grade after school. He was in a class with mostly 2nd graders and below rolling a ball back and forth between their legs and running around the track. This is not what I signed up for, $210 for what he does in our backyard for free. No refunds? You think I trust your program enough to take a credit for another class? They cancelled classes without refund. Not okay. I will never recommend their services and advise you to watch out for their scam of a service.
