While the products are amazing, the very helpful staff are what made this place stand out to me. If you're looking for great skincare products with incredible customer service, this is the place!

This is my favorite Kiehl’s location. I’ve been shopping with them since 2003, and this is by far the best. The employees are AMAZING. They treat you like family. They are very thorough when explaining products and benefits too! The store is always pristine. I also love the sample they give. Definitely coming back!
