Kiku Sushi Restaurant, Chino Hills CA

The food here is ok but it is a little expensive compare to the quality of the food (as all the reviews notices, the services here is not that satisfactory). Since I have been to a lot more fancy sushi restaurants. I feel like this place is more like a sushi fast food restaurant. If you want to eat sushi around chino, it is still a good place to go.

If you can spend your whole life to wait, this is the right place to go. WAIT EXTREME LONG TIME FOR ONE ORDER?

Mixed review. This has been a go-to spot for me and friends for many, MANY, years. I would have rated as 4 or maybe 5 until last week. While the food was tasty and service as great as ever, the next day both my friend and I had some dysentery. The common threads from our meals were the edemame, rice, or teriyaki chicken, which we shared. We both had other items as well. I like the place enough to give it another shot, but it will take time to earn back the Stars.

The sushi is to die for. It's the best I've ever had, and I only come here twice a year because it's so special. I only took a star off because the staff is odd. Sometimes they're great, quick and very nice, but other times they're rude, slow, and show that they don't want to be there.

Worst sushi restaurant I'd ever been, the owner exhibit the bad customer service when the waitress show attitude service. What a shame despite a good location.
