Yes they are wonderful and very professional. Mike is very attentive to all aspects of the treatment and care.

Not always thorough in their inspections, refused to finish a job I paid for, the sealing of all areas of my house because one area was difficult but not impossible to access.

Their customer service interface over the phone is very good. John the manager came out to our house and was professional, thorough with excellent customer service.

Your representative arrived early and listened to my ideas and information. My only concern is that I didn't get a report back from the company.

Everything was great good service on time I was happy with the outcome. But if they can remind us the customers to double bag the food and medicine. If not, that Is the best control crew that cover, the house won't start into everything. That's double back or thrown away.

What happened to me I only Put the food and medicine in one bag. So when the crew was there, they had to wait for me to double bag it. In order for them to start.
It's just an inconvenience for the crew.

But the service was great. I will contact you guys if I need any help in the future.

When I found out Kilter could repair or replace wood, I decided to take a chance and have them come out and do an inspection. I was impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the inspection by Marcellas. I was equally impressed by the technicians he assigned to do the job, Daniel and Jose. Daniel and Jose worked effectively and efficiently together. You could tell they cared about doing a good job as they paid close attention to details and would evaluate whether a finished product met their high expectations. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and left the work area neat and clean upon completion of each day's work. It's good to see there are still people who like what they do and will put in the effort to do their best for the customer and the company.
The team was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kept to their word in regards to their arrival time.
My experience with Kilter has always been positive. The people in the office are friendly, caring and will leave a reminder about an upcoming appointment service.

Humberto with Kilter Pest Control was the technician who performed pest control. He carefully checked all points of entry for mice and set traps in every possible trouble spot. He actually found a mouse on a glue trap behind a curio cabinet from yesterday that I missed on daily inspection. Never have had a problem with mice before and appreciate an excellent technician who is thorough and careful. Would highly recommend your service based on technicians like him,

I want Kilter to know how much we appreciate Rodney Daniels, who is the tech that comes out to service our Townhome community Bi-monthly for rodents, and all pesky insects. He is very professional, and he is always on time within the window of time that the company sets. He always completes all of the tasks that we pay for, and he is always pleasant to everyone here. We've had other tech's come out that didn't do a good job, so we know the difference. So please reward Rodney for continuing to do a great job when no one is looking! And we hope that he continues to be our service tech.

Kilter has been my termite service provider for over 20 years and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get rid of the problem at a fair price. Their methods work!

We have been using Kilter Termites for many years. We like the contract we are on as we have our property inspected and treated annually. Kilter is easy to work with.

Kilter termite is good. They come every year for inspection with yearly contract. Their staff is very proffesional. Easy to take an appointment.

Prompt response when I called having what was identified as a subterranean termite problem. Knowledgeable, personable inspector (Marcellas) and service guys (John and Alan). Work was done quickly. It's a bit too soon to tell (there is a two month window before the warranty kicks in), but if indeed the termites have been eradicated, I'm gonna be a happy home owner.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. I liked that they took care of the termites, but could also do the repair work.
