Kilter Termite & Pest Control - Orange County

Yeah, after thinking it over, I still think my expectation were way to high, so the lesson was expensive, but i got to see the inside of the house and take photos confirming my next projects.thanks.

Meh, TBH Termite Gavin was nice and very informative. As for the Facia Repair/Replacement. Expectations were high and I was un-impressed, very expensive lesson hiring these guys.so just meh.

I had work done under my house to seal off an area for rodent control. The technician looked at my bait boxes as well at that time and said I need bait. He said he was going to contact the office and make sure somebody would come out right away and fill the bait stations. One month later, nobody had contacted me. I reached out to them and made an appointment. The day before the appointment they called me and said sorry we have to change the time because we had an ant emergency. It seems to be a common practice with Kilter to always change the times. Very difficult as a client to change my schedule with work etc.to accommodate Kilter‘s schedule. I understand that there are emergencies and that schedules need to be changed however, every single appointment that I have had with Kilter has had to be changed. The technician that came yesterday was very efficient and very nice. It’s the scheduling department. That is the problem.

I am very happy with service from Kilter for Pest Control. Caeser did an excellent job and was very throrough. I also used Kilter for Termites and they even repaired area of floor so nothing showed. Would highly recommend them to anyone for superior service.

They were thorough & took time to explain each procedure & answer all my questions. I did not use Kilter for my termite problem. However Joshua H who did my inspection was very professional and courteous he was knowledgeable.
I will say that the price range was high for my budget.

It's a good company to deal with if you have termite issues, I didn't wanted to tent my house because I have a dog and it's a hassle to leave for 3 or 4 days, stay in a hotel, they came and inject the walls of my house, you will still see the termites for few weeks, this procedure works slower than tenting the house, they give you two year warranty, within two year if you see the termites in your home and they will send a technician to do the injecting procedure again, if you don't have apet, I would recommend to tent the house, I personally don't think that this injecting the walls works as good as tenting, but.that's my opinion.

Bill was on time. After inspection great explanation of the situation. Offered several options. Never came a food as a strong sales pitch. Decided to go with the KilFoam treatment and the wood replacement option. So far so good. Very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism.

Was extremely happy with the speed of service. They were extremely helpful in scheduling around my schedule and were very helpful walking us through the process. I am sure I won't need their business again as I feel like they did such a great job killing the creatures. I will definitely refer them to anyone who may need their service in the future.

As always, Joshua Hartley did a thorough inspection of both my exterior and internal premises. He was also very accommodating in answering all my questions regarding the service he provided.

We've been using this business for more than three years. We signed up for a membership with them. They're very responsive and professional.

I was not home when Humberto arrived. He went ahead and did the mosquito spraying. He made sure my dog was locked inside and safe from the chemicals. Excellent customer service. Humberto is a very outstanding employee. He called to tell me he locked my dog inside and wanted to make sure I was going to be home in the next few hours. He was working in the area and said he could come back and let my dog out when the chemicals dried if I couldn’t be home soon. Outstanding service.

KILTER TERMITE representative, Josh HARTLEY came to my home yesterday for service on a few areas that had termites. He inspected my garage and my entire home. Josh was I time, very thorough, professional, clean, courteous. He vacuumed after drilling some areas.
I hired Kilter Termite a few years ago. I had another company, TERMINEX do an inspection first. They ridiculously exaggerated the problem and gave me an extremely high price. Then I called KILTER TERMITE and Pest Control. I was very impressed. Dave came out and inspected thoroughly. He was amazing, ethical, diligent and gave me a very affordable price.
JOSH HARTLEY came to service and inspect on August 29th. It was the hottest day we have had in many years. He never complained although attics get hot. He was pleasant, punctual, diligent and thorough. He did not take shortcuts but did a thorough job. As he said he treated my home as if it was his own.
Every employee that I have encountered from KILTER TERMITE have been extraordinarily professional, ethical, honest and amazing in every way. This is the type of business I value.
