WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Management is petty and immature. Very unprofessional. I started renting a room in March, and one morning as I was going to work, a white unmarked car was parked in front of my driveway, after I honked for them to move she rolled her window down and informed me of who she was (trailer park manager). That day we got a letter saying no guest are allowed at the pool without the residents. As I had been going to the pool to tan. Two weeks later the guy I rent from got another letter saying they need all of our id’s for a copy if we’re going to be residents. I have rented many rooms but never has the management requested my id. She was in her private vehicle in front of my driveway and is now out to get us. It’s a joke. Other than that the pool and basketball court are nice, they do work on the roads regularly. But if you rent out they will probably treat you just like they do us.
