This is a hidden gem most definitely. As a hiker this area is a flip from the normal hiking areas of the south valley. Very dry, very little shade and not a lot to see. However the hiking is flat and open and no hills that anyone would call a challenge.

Great place to take your horses, go mtn biking (stickers!), or shooting. There is a posted hunting season.
