I don’t know how they won best dispensary because wow their like #1 on top WORST DISPENSARY

I asked for CBD cream. I was told an over 50 dollar product was "wonderful". The writing on the jar was tiny, but I trusted the attendant. I got home and discovered it was THC and no CBD, not what I wanted. I wrote to the store but no reply. Not a satisfied customer at all. I'd give them a very low rating.

To my amazement, I received an email from Kind People. They offered a store credit to cover the original amount! Now I am feeling guilty as the attendant at the store was probably really trying to help me with what she felt was the best product. Thank you customer service. You do care about your clients. I've changed my rating to a 5. Thank you!

Really good selection, everything is good about it, besides the prices. My mom and I used to get these blue raspberry flavored gummies to sleep. They were less expensive than any of the other gummies and had 10mg THC, 10mg CBD, and 10mg (either CBN or CBG I can't remember) per gummy. We had been using them for years and now they're just gone. It was something like $12 a bag, which would only last 5 nights. Now the only thing they have with 10mg of everything that works is $22. They also have ones that say they're for sleep with only 5mg and are more expensive and don't work. They just get me super high and I can't sleep and end up eating everything in the fridge in the middle of the night. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET THE BLUE RAZZ INDICA GUMMIES? It's going to cost us almost $2000 a year just to be able to sleep with these new ones. That sucks. Sorry for the rant, and thank you so much to anyone with info.

ADMITTED TO NEGLIGENTLY AND POTENTIALLY ILLEGALLY HANDLING MY PRIVATE DATA

The female assistant floor manager whose name starts with an “A” at the Santa Cruz location is one of the most unprofessional people in the cannabis industry that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After I called because someone appears to be using my account with my phone number to shop at their stores and I get alerted by text message after they shop (several times in the past months) I was told by the guy who answered the phone that he would get his manager—she started off with a belligerent tone then talked over me after she asked me to explain the issue. I hung up on her because she obviously wasn’t interested in being a decent person, let alone a decent person to someone who the company she works for has mishandled my private information.

The guy who answered the phone admitted that “we don’t always check the phone number when we’re ringing someone up” — this is EXTREMELY PROBLEMATIC FOR OBVIOUS REASONS

I will try reaching out to the actual company instead of their dispensary locations but just know that this place will handle your personal information negligently and when you call to try and resolve it you’re likely going to be met with a jerk of a “manager” who doesn’t care about the integrity of their job or how they choose to speak to other people.

Kind Peoples is one of my top two favorite dispensaries in all of SC. Super kind and knowledgeable staff, great interior design, and a wide variety of products. There are carts, flower, pre rolls, edibles, and other ingest-able varieties. Great student and first-timer discounts!

I always love this store. The employees are so welcoming. Abigail was super nice and helpful during my last visit, explaining the effects of CBD combined with THC, and helping me understand dosaging.

It is truly a weird experience, but in a good way. Imagine a grocery store. That's it, nothing behind the counter you can see everything up close. Worth a visit at the very least.
