Had the best possible experience financing my new car through this Kinecta credit union location. Mohammad Bassam and Veronica Escobedo were professional and went above and beyond with their excellent service. Financed two cars through Kinecta and will do so in the future.
My experience was great. Veronica Escobedo gave me great advice about how to go through the car buying process from A to B to get the best deal possible. Also had very good rates. Go and see them before you even visit a dealership.
One teller during lunch hours. Banks do not want you to come inside. They want you to use the ATM or online features. Customer service is going to be a thing of the past.
Very very bad! They are so lazy! Don’t provide correct information. Never come here again!
