Update: My order finally arrived after more than two months. They got the size and numbers of my jerseys wrong. How can I get a refund if they couldn’t even contact me about my order when they thought it was right? How do they take this long and can’t get me the product I ordered? Awful.

Terrible customer service. I have tried multiple times to reach out through the website as well as Instagram and emails. I have only ever received a response on Instagram in the form of an automated message ensuring that I could reach them through their website or if I had a different issue I would be reached right away. I have had no contact from anyone at Kinetic Society after multiple weeks of attempts. I began reaching out after my order was multiple weeks past their regular fulfillment time to inquire about my order status. It is now double their regular fulfillment time and my order status has never changed. As far as I can tell my order has not even been made yet, but of course my money was taken as soon as the order was placed. It is ridiculous to not be able to call a customer service rep for the company when they will not respond to any other form of communication. All I wanted to see was what my order status was, but now I have to go through what I’m sure will also be a nightmare in order to cancel my order and receive a refund. An absurd masterclass in how to lose customers.

Like others on here. I also ordered a single shirt in July and have never received it. Email responses have been sketchy and promises to refund and send a new order where never met. Things must be falling apart within the company.

Absolute 10 stars for Frances our designer and this company had only a week to get a design and order in for our homecoming jerseys and was extremely helpful the whole entire process there will not be another company that you SHOULDNT get any type of jerseys from, comfortable and sleek and was extremely excited to bring a design I had in the back of my head to light. Huge thanks to KS for everything and will be ordering more designs as well #rushtekes

Zero stars. Ordered a jersey on July 14 and I cannot get any type of response from Kinetic Society regarding status of order after numerous attempts.

I have been trying to contact your customer service for weeks. I am waiting on an order from 9 weeks ago. No response from you after multiple attempts. ZERO ZERO ZERO

I ordered a jersey on 7/16 with a promise delivery date of 3-4 weeks. It is now 8/31 with no update on my product. I have been constantly emailing and have not received any response or update minus a notice saying my product will be shipped out last Friday… which it haven't. I am completely disappointed and am starting to wonder if I got scammed. The customer service is horrible and I am STILL waiting on my jersey after almost two months.

Kinetic Society was very easy to work with in getting designs squared away. Their staff was very responsive to the many questions we had about their products. They made prices and shirt design options very clear to us and allowed us to make a good choice on a final product. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Placed an order with kinetic, over 2500$ was super easy to order and mock-ups looked great. Received the order and the colours were completely wrong, was in contact and was told the products would be remade correctly free of charge, and then was ghosted. Has been over a month of no replies to emails…

Got the jersey. I like the colors but was expecting custom stitching on the back for a $90 jersey. I paid $45 for other custom jerseys and got stitching on the back.

I’ve been buying Jerseys for the last 2+ years. What keeps me coming back is their top tier customer service. I’ve purchased a total of 4 jerseys for myself, and I bought at least 8 as presents for my brothers. I ordered 5 jerseys last Christmas and one of them did not ship with the rest. I emailed the team and not only did they expedite me a new jersey, the sent out various pairs of shorts to say sorry. Another Christmas comes around and I buy another 2 jerseys to add to the 5 from last year. I made a mistake in the address causing the package to return to the shipping facility. Once again I emailed the team with screenshots of the problem, provided the address correction, I even said to charge me for the return shipping. They sent it once again free of charge. The customer service team at Kinetic Society is top notch. It’s what keeps people like me returning year after year. Quality products from quality people.

We have ordered with Kinetic before and they messed up our colors by making them red and yellow instead of maroon and gold and they were more than accommodating and sent us new jerseys no charge which were the correct color and great quality.

Our second time around I gave multiple warnings to make sure they used the correct colors for three separate jerseys (basketball, hockey, and baseball) and every jersey came out as red and yellow. We had ordered over $1600 of merchandise all incorrect from the renderings and our talks. They ignored multiple calls from me and have not issued any refunds or new jerseys. These are custom jerseys in our school colors and they are completely incorrect. I would not order from Kinetic society if you need a custom jersey they will not come out the way you intended.
