King of quality pack and move, Oakland CA

Highly recommend! Garrael and Shawn did an awesome job. They helped load my uhaul ubox and packed it like the very best. They took great care for my fragile items. They were a blast to work with. Definitely recommend to all my friends.

I had several communication issues with this company. Also, different arrangements were made with me which were not followed through. - see below:
1) On the first day of the scheduled service, the owner sent me a message (last minute) stating that his truck would not start, so he could not provide the service that day.
2) The agreed service was for the company to bring the Uhaul Pods to my house (on trailers). On the second arranged day, the owner sent me a message (again, last minute) stating that his trailer was unavailable, and they would need to move all items from the Pods to the company's truck and then come to my house. That said, I would have to drive 70 miles to open the Pods for them; I did that. He helped me a little with gas (so some points for the company for that).
3) Some of my items were left in the company's truck after the move was complete. I tried several arrangements with the owner, so my items were given back to me. All because he did not follow through with his word on the days he would bring it back.

I am sure the company provides hard work, but the experience I had, shows some needed improvements in scheduling and customer service.

Easiest move I’ve ever experienced thanks to king of quality movers. Got all my stuff in the exact same condition it was packed in, in and out quicker than expected, and the crew was really understanding of some timing issues that came up during the move. 100% would call these guys up for my next move.

PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE! They broke 25% of my belongings, worth over $10000.00. They also smoked cannabis while working.

This company was the best I’ve ever worked. I moved a lot, never had such a perfect crew. They were awesome, showed up on time, load professionally and quick, informed me during the trip where they are and what is the approximate time to get to destination, unload carefully and fast. Plus the price was affordable for me. Thank you guys keep doing your good job.

Wish I could give more than five stars honestly.so nice from start to finish, always very communicative and friendly.and oh my gosh they were quick! Literally could not believe how quickly the two guy crew (s/o to tetris kings Gerrael and Jose) got everything out and in, especially considering the steep steps.would 10/10 recommend and they definitely have my loyal business!

Hi I just wanted to say I used this company to help me Move out and into my new place. I literally had nobody to help me and this company came through for me. They are absolutely amazing, professional, fast, also very affordable and just overall truly truly a blessing at this point in my life. They are very hard workin gentlemen and I recommend that everyone use king of quality pack and move I could not have asked for anything more In a company, if I could give 10 stars I would. They are absolutely great!

I am so so happy that we hired King of Quality Pack and Move to help load our Uhaul. They were really accommodating - even through two (!) Uhaul truck cancellations - they showed up on time, responded quickly, worked hard. Great company.

Gerrael is simply amazing! I was in a bind because the company I hired sent a truck that was too small and just left the rest of my things. I called King of Quality. Gerrael came the next day to do the inspection, rented a small U-haul, packed it up and had my things to me in in the 36 hours that he promised. AND THIS WAS A MOVE FROM OAKLAND TO ATLANTA! Nothing was missing or damaged. I truly wish I'd found him before I hired the other clowns!

I want to HIGHLY recommend King Of Quality Pack & Move! This company is very reliable, honest, and competitively priced. We hired Anthony to help my husband and I move things into our apartment and he was amazing! He arrived a few mins early to the job and worked diligently throughout to help us. He was very personable and a good communicator before and during the move. All our things were in great condition when we unpacked. We will definitely be using King Of Quality Pack & Move again. We recommended them to all our friends too!

LOVED my experience with Gerrael and the team. Will be hiring again. Super helpful and did so much more than moving! They built furniture and hung curtains and cleaned and so much more. Anthony, Jason, Rio and Gerrael worked so hard and so fast and were worth every (fairly priced) penny!

King of Quality guys are exactly that! They’re friendly, helpful, great quality and an even better value. They are so generous and were the key reason our recent move was so smooth an efficient.

Gerrael and Anthony were the best! Responsive, fast, punctual and a pleasure to work with. I don't know why one person left a 1-star review because if anyone worked with this crew before, knows its 5-star service. Two great guys who did a great job! Bonus points for Anthony singing Baby Shark with my 2-year-old son!:) Hire these guys, they're awesome!

Thank you guys for all the help. Im a single mother and i was so fustraded and stress about how i was going to move my things untill i calld the owner of king of quality pack and move. He showd up with his crew and did an outstanding job.

Darrel and his crew did an outstanding job loading my moving truck. They were friendly, hardworking and professional. I was moving across the country so it was important that everything was loaded and secured well. When the truck was unloaded everything was exactly the way it was packed, just as Darrel told me it would be. A big thanks to King of Quality Pack and Move for a job well done.

King of quality pack and move was fantastic. This crew was fast and efficient. They moved my 4 bedroom two story home from San Franso to San Jose and me and my wife were very pleased. I recommend this company to all who need assistance with there move.
