I just completed an interstate move with King Relocation Services and it was more stress free and organized than I could have imagined. They were excellent at communicating, very flexible, and worked with my schedule to make sure there were no issues. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

This is for the coordinator only. The movers were great! The person who was our point person was absolutely horrible. She was disrespectful to my husband, lied about the dimensions of the containers, failed to know basic things regarding the move, and frequently made errors in communication. I don't know how long she has been on the job, but I'm pretty sure a teenage intern would do better.

Mario, Louis, Roger, & Relando assisted my family in packing for our move last week. They arrived right on time and got to work. Mario was very professional supervising and assisting the others making sure our goods were taken care of. The crew was respectful of our home while ensuring the job got done without having to pay interrupt us while we were working from home. Thank you Kings Relocation Services!

They were spot on! Arrived on time to pack 3 crates.all arrived in excellent condition, most were valued antiques. From 1st call to delivery across country they were polite, did what they promised and delivered on time. Price was right too. I would never move without them again. Anaheim to New York using United Van Lines and the second leg of the trip was transferred with Mayflower.

Sandy and her team at King Relocation Services are best company to deal with as they are very professional, on time and easy to do business with.

Rocky, Dan and Nick were great to deal with as well!

I would highly recommend them!

Hired King for a move to San Diego a month ago. They were fast, professional, and if anything TOO careful! They need a "I don't care about my stuff that much, please don't triple wrap every object" option! Everything came through totally unscathed and neatly labeled (It did take us a couple days to dig down to the coffee maker though, that was rough.) Would definitely use again.

I moved though United. First movers dropped the ball. King was great, accommodating and kind other than one guy- large dude with glasses, who was super rude, came in with an attitude for literally no reason, walked past me into my kitchen and used my soap and towels without even an excuse me or please, but whatever. Maybe he had a bad day. I hope he is well and treating other customers better in their homes.

But the owner at the end insisted on standing in my kitchen doing his paperwork for 15 minutes, and then pressured me into signing off on items that weren't there. He kept saying if I didn't sign he'd have his guys come back and we'd have to move everything and find each item.

During the entire move they made me play secretary and cross off items on a piece of paper, which ensured I could not keep an eye on what was actually coming in. He wanted me to randomly cross off numbered items when I hadn't seen them. His guys found a sticker off the floor and made me cross it out. At the end he literally stood there, in my kitchen, refusing to leave until I signed saying I'd received all my valuables when I kept repeating but I didn't see them. He kept telling me to rely on my insurance, and that if I didn't sign he'd move everything until I found it.

I had no AC, they'd been here hours, I was exhausted, my locked up cats were screaming, he would not leave. He made me sign a form I KEPT VERBALLY TELLING HIM I DID NOT WANT TO SIGN AND WAS NOT TRUE. Disgusting

Their team did an excellent job packing, moving and unpacking me from California to Texas, both home and auto. Thank you!

Working with Paul McCaffrey sales, and Mitch (auto transporter), went pretty smoothly. The movers had a rough start, but got the truck loaded. Rough transport, semi had a blowout tire, involved accident, which caused our stuff to delay delivery, by several more days. But our stuff made it!
Overall, going cross country from West coast to East Coast, it went smoothly. Our car was delivered on time. We were informed of our vehicles locations by updates.
Our stuff on moving van we received emailed updates and a call day before arriving.
Thank you!

This is the worst moving experience I have had! They lost my shipment and I still do not have a delivery date! I moved through my company and this is a disaster. I would not recommend them to anyone. My stuff is still not delivered. Very bad, would avoid them at all costs!

I used King Relocation twice and would not recommend it. In my first move few boxes got lost and in my second move although they packed the TV themselves it got damaged through the move. Even though they claimed that everything supposed to be insured by P & M Solutions, LLC it did not cover my loss. All I received was some excuses why it is not covered!

Bottom line: They're fine. They did what they said they would do but there were enough annoyances and unexpected things that I took off 2 stars.

I got several bids from companies. They were somewhere in the middle of the pack and I thought their bid was the most accurate since they actually walked through my apartment using an app so they could see what I had. I was disappointed with the online portal I had to use for payment. Trying to pay them was a pain. The coordinator was a little bit flakey. Seemed like she was new to the job.

I found out at the end of my move that there were several cost uppers that I didn't know about. Want delivery on a Saturday? That's extra. Want unpacking? That's extra (even if you paid for packing on the front end). Want box removal? That's extra. These items were never brought up on the front end.

In general, the move teams were efficient and nice. Nothing broken or damaged. My things arrived in the window I was given but I had to wrangle the move coordinator from King and the local delivery coordinator to get my things delivered as soon as possible rather than at the end of the window.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU HIRE KING RELOCATION SERVICES. I contracted them for a move from Los Angeles to Rochester, Minnesota.
The driver that picked up the items and delivered them was very nice but he is an independent contractor.
Once the items arrived, I noticed that the case for my twelve string guitar was totally smashed. The guitar inside was in similar condition. One box that was clearly marked on each side "FRAGILE" had many broken china pieces from a set given to me by my late grandparents. KING Relocation Services does not handle their own claims for damages. They hire independent companies throughout the US. My assigned adjuster in Rochester was P & M Solutions, LLC. The Director, Paulette Miller, hardly ever returned calls, e-mails or answered questions. An inspector was sent out to my house and inspected the unpacked damaged items. It was obvious that the items were broken in transit as the inspector was able to see small pulverized residue along with the broken pieces in the wrappings. However, Ms. Miller insinuated that they may have been packaged broken and refused reimbursement. I offered names of the individuals that packed the items to assure them that none were packaged broken but there was never even an acknowledgement of that offer. I was finally sent a check for the guitar but $500.00 less than what I had originally paid for. I was advised, after multiple attempts to contact Ms. Miller, that KING Companies makes the ultimate decisions about the reimbursements although her original letter clearly states that they were "the claims service for KING Companies and were authorized to adjust or otherwise administer claims on their behalf".
I called my moving coordinator, Martin Delaney, and he NEVER returned my call. Then I wrote a letter to the President of KING Companies, Steve Komorous. The letter was registered and return receipt requested. His office received the letter on August 3,2020. He NEVER responded to the letter either. It is now obvious that if the President does not care to respond to customers, their contractors, subcontractors and employees are held to the same standard.
I would never use them again.

They nailed my moving needs with their speedy replies and got me a better quote than other companies I had contacted.
