Drove 40 miles to come here and purchase equipment and it was closed even though I came during the open hours of business posted. I tried calling the number listed on the website multiple times and got voicemail.

I spent around $2000 on weights, accessories, and a fan bike at KoF. This is not a huge amount of money, but it’s a lot of money to me. The weights, and accessories are American Barbell and are great!

The bike, however, has never been right. There are creaks and equals and the computer just does not work.

$1200 bike and I expect more, but product faults happen.

I am giving a one star review because KoF initially scheduled someone to come by to fix the bike. The day came, however, and no one showed up.

I have now sent numerous emails to have them to try and address the issue, but now they are no longer responding. I have called and they claim now that I never emailed… which is easily provable as I have the emails.

Crazy that they won’t stand by their products, but even crazier that they are being dishonest.

FIND ANY OTHER DEALER if you don’t want to waste your money on defective products and time in trying to rectify things.
