11PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. He is a scammer and fraud. He has had my dads car for almost 2 months and cannot give my dad an answer regarding his car.my dad went to the shop to wait for him and my dads car is not there.this man is a fraud.he keeps going back and forth with my dad.he is a liar, unethical that takes peoples money. We are pressing charges!
$4,000.00 to fix Wife's Durango and it still overheated a few weeks after repair.
Hugo has now had car for a month and keeps telling me that they're delivering the part or the part they sent didn't work.
Hugo is not the same guy I started coming to about 4-5yrs ago.
I recommend to never bring your car here! The owner took my dad’s car and has not brought it back and it’s been two months! My dad even paid $2,000.00 beforehand. We live almost two hours away and went to visit and the car isn’t there! They gave us another car to “replace” for the meantime. This place is a scam!
Don’t bring your car here! The man is a scammer! I took my car for ac repair. And he said I should replace the ac refrigerant and he charge me 80 dollars for that which he changed in 10 min then I check the ac still doesn’t work and then he tells me oh then you need to replace the compressor
I told him he should of said that at the beginning. I left very upset!
No one available that was bilingual and quoted ridiculous prices without laying eyes on my car!
Do not take your car here I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE took my truck here to get some work done told me it would be done in 5 days he had my truck for two months I paid in full and he couldn’t even fix it when I asked him for my money back he said no refunds the mechanic Hugo is a fraud this is all the parts he took off couldn’t even put the parts back on
I like this shop. It's almost like a historical icon in the hood. It's been there for at 30 years. I had two truck transmissions repaired. Typical mechanic set up. It's dirty but fair prices. My trucks works. I'd receive this location. Expect 3-4 days for repairs.
This repair shop is GARBAGE. Supposedly repaired my car, but actually made my minor oil leak leak into a significant problem as to were my car won’t even start. The owner has been dodging me and lying about his where-a-bouts.
Every time I go, my car is on the rack with no one working on it and I’ve given “good faith deposits” with no repair. 2months later!
Please learn from me DO NOT. DO NOT! Take your car there. The shop owner is a LIER, THIEF
recent update: I’ve contacted the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and they found the their work faulty and I won my case.
Over charges people the Chinese owner is a ripoff artist always has been since it was king radiator just called him for a service a starter to be exact he charges 250 while the part is 80 buccs i asked him why so high it only takes 2 screws two he hung the phone up in my face lol ha wow poor customer service
DO NOT TAKS YOUR VEHICLE TO HIM I WENT IN FOR A WATER PUMP REPLACEMENT FIX TO HAVING A FAULTY POWER STEERING AMD ENDED UP CRASHING MY CAR! DO NOT GO
