Kings Credit Services, Hanford CA

I worked here for a few years was furloughed in March 2020, because of Covild-19 reassured me that I would have my job still. Well they permanently laid me off in January 2021. I called for updates on when we go back. I got a letter saying they couldn't afford to hire me back, but heard they hired someone else and bought a new office. Then a bill was turned over, they started calling me and when they called to collect. I laughed because I told them you know my situation. I did pay the bill through the company and asked KCS to not to contact me anymore.

This company is stupid. They are very unethical. They don't offer a sound payment plan.

Horrible customer service, they seem to want to argue instead of helping you get whatever the debt is paid off. I recieved a letter from them saying they would accept 50% of the debt owed to pay it off but when I called they said they would accept $90 less than the total amount but it wouldn't take it off my credit as paid.

Very rude people seems as if they are aiming for confrontation from the get go by the tone in their voices.

Sent them a thousand something i owed and they said they never got it when i put the exact address they told me to and sent it out pissed me off

Horrible service. Made it hard pay off debt. Payed off debt. Would not report that I payed off to the credit bureau. Don’t give them a penny! It will not help your credit.

They have me in collections and I don’t even know what this place is, I’ve never even heard of this place. Certainly don’t owe them money.
