Store bad not having customer service good or not good cut hair (The first guy very bad always mad)

I went there and they ruined my hair never wanna go there again. This place is horrible please do not go here they mess up your hair and they all cough on you because there sick. The floor is dirty and everything about the place is dirty. PLEASE DO NOT GO HEAR WORST PLACE IN EVER!

I went in looking for a decent haircut and came out pretty unsatisfied. There were a number of guys there but the person who cut my hair could've cared less if I liked it or not. He did the haircut took the gown off and said you're done. Didn't ask if I liked it and didn't bother to make conversation (that's not a requirement but it's awkward and rude) while cutting my hair. First time, last time.

Great spot to get a professional hair cut.
David (one of the barbers) was exceptional at listening to instructions and had implemented them thoroughly. It's a very busy spot, would recommend calling-in for a time slot reservation.

Best barber in town, been going there forever, and that's not changing at any time. Highly recommend, very skilled barbers all around!

I’ve brought my two young boys in the past to get their hair cut never have I’ve had an issue except for today. Not kid friendly, not customer service oriented. I understand kids are hard but if they let inconvenienced or annoyed then just tell me no at the door vs being rude. Horrible experience. Will never come back and I’m very disappointed because in the past they’ve done a great cut.

Walked in on a Friday was seen within 5 minutes and got the best haircut I've had in san diego and very fair price only 20$ with a 5 dollar tip included in there

Went twice in a row and unfortunately got the same barber both times. There was a long wait for the more professional ones I found out afterwards.
Horrible cut & trim, both beard and hair. Barber disregarded my request on my hair and then took the clippers and went to town on my beard as if he was in a rush. Worst $35 ever spent.

I rarely give negative reviews but if this shop trains all their barbers and not just the good ones out of this then it wasn't a negative experience.

Great haircut experience! Very kind hair-stylist. I was recommended this place, and it served.

Best barber ever! They cut hair, wax ears, nose and cheeks and trim eyebrows. And then wash and put gel and after shave cologne. A service like this would cost a lot more anywhere else. Everyone always compliments how clean and neat my haircut is after I visit this place.

Staff is amazing, very professional and they all do great work! My nephew won't let me take him anywhere else!

Worst fade I’ve ever gotten. Also messed up the hair on the top of my head. Wish I could get a refund

After almost 3 months without, I got a haircut today at Kings. A number 2 buzz cut. My head is SO COOL! They also trimmed my eyebrows and mustache and waxed my ears and nose all for $20. By the way, skip the nose waxing.
