I have been a customer of Kings Eye Center for several years and have always found the staff to be very professional and focused on patient care. The staff in the optical department have painlessly corrected any damage that my mishandling has created. Very pleased!

Great doctor, go elsewhere for glasses. I had my exam and ordered glasses on Sep 7th. It took 4 weeks to get my glasses. I wore them for a few days but they weren't as good as when I was in the exam chair, and walking was an issue. I've worn progressives for over 10 years, so it was not that. The staff in the glasses section would not check the glasses, they only scheduled me for a new exam, which was the same. New glasses were made that took 2 weeks, and they were WORSE! I was then told "it will take a while, because we have to start from scratch" (why didn't they do that before?). I went to Walmart, had glasses made on Nov 7, same Rx, and they're great! I had sunglasses made at Walmart on Nov 21, also great. It is Dec 13, and I STILL have NOT heard back from King's Eye Center about the 3rd time for my glasses from Sep 7th. $360 WASTED!

Employee took care of my needs without any hesitation and I was very grateful with the results.

The service at this office is always the highest quality. Being the doctors, nurses, and technicians.

I can always count on Leslie to make adjustments to my glasses whenever I get them out of alignment. Leslie and Vanessa take time with you to make sure you get what you came into the Eye Center for. Thank you girls, I appreciate the great work you do!

Let me start off by saying the optometrist we see here is wonderful. This review is for the optical department. I signed my son in after our appointment to order a new pair of glasses and instead of them telling me that they are closing soon and wouldn’t have time to get to us they let us sit there while we waited for them to finish up with another customer. One of the lady’s that walked by even said she would be with us in a moment but Instead they put the closed sign out, brought the binder in that we were clearly signed into and just shut their door and left us sitting out there without saying a word. They could have had the common courtesy to say something instead of just shutting the door. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time.

Great service! The optician team really pulled out all the stops to help me find the perfect frames. They also ran all the insurance numbers in advance so I could make an informed decision. Too bad I can't take them shopping with me everywhere!

Pleasant task fixing a new set of glasses to my face. From entering the Front door too leaving with my new Glasses fitting perfect, elapsed time 15 minutes. The whole time In store, the time spent was pleasant, informative, quick and easy. I B happy customer
