HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, and UNPROFESSIONAL! From the front desk agents to doctors. It seems no one wants to work. If you would like to waste your time or your family members time as well, please come here. If you would like a dismissive doctor that complains of him not having any help, please come here. My family member and my health and our time was not valued. Asking the doctor for some basic information was like death. I have never been to a medical practice with this extreme of poor manners and incompetence. Medicare should look into this practice
We waited an hour in waiting room even with an appointment. And when we finally saw the doc. He was so rude and unprofessional. Seriously very sorry I have to being my disabled brother here. In it for the money only and no care in the world for patient's. Why isn't this place shut down yet?
