My dog had surgery and I’ve been calling since yesterday at 4: 30 pm with some follow up questions that I am concerned about and nobody is answering? !? This is absolutely ridiculous.

The staff and the doctors are amazing I would recommend Kingsburg Veterinary Hospital to anyone thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of Heidi

This place has changed so much over the last 30+ years I've taken my pet here the staff now is the most disrespectful money hungry low class group of ppl I will never take another pet there

Take my best furry friend in for urinary infection the vet was very kind and courteous and very knowledgeable and miss Kitty is making a full recovery I strongly recommend them

If your dog is in the verge of life an death PLEASE don't take them here. I know they say take them to the nearest ER but the nearest ER was 35 minutes away from me. I got to kingsburg in 6 minutes from Dinuba! My dog, was very much still alive and breathing DYLANN THE receptionist TURNED MY DOG AWAY BECAUSE THEY WERE "SHORT STAFFED" They could've save my dog. They could've stabilized him. I called 3 different vets and asked and YES they could've prevented my dog dying. SHE killed my dog for turning him away, she even said they couldn't see him either cause they closed in 40 minutes.she didn't care. She didn't care to come in and apologize. She should be the one to pay for my dogs cremation!

I hope no one ever has to go through this ever. I hope they fix their staff.

I explained to her and she still didn't care.here I am in pieces and broken from what could've been done.my heart is empty.

Sometimes it's great, sometimes you wait. Waited 30 min past my appointment time without being acknowledged so I left.

They refused to see our pets because the previous owner of them (we rescued ours) had a bill with them. Will not be recommending them to anyone, and the staff was rude. Completely unprofessional.

The initial call was great, they got my fur baby in for a periodontal disease surgery as soon as the next day. Dr. Nicholas is amazing, he took care of my dog instantly. However, I did have an issue with a front desk clerk when I asked her a question regarding payment, she was rude and unprofessional. Dr. Nicholas, manager, and the other staff took care of the issue instantly.
As I arrived to pick up my dog after the surgery the manager came out to talk to me to my car and hear me out about the situation. She immediately apologized and addressed the issue regarding the front desk clerk. She said it wouldn’t happen again and explained instructions regarding my dogs illness.
I want to thank Kingsburg Veternarian clinic for helping my fur baby in his time of need. We all know how difficult living in covid times can be. Despite the experience I had this morning, this vets office was understanding and professional. I applaud Dr. Nicholas, manager and staff for the amazing work they’re doing. Thank you!

I got my male cat neutered there and took him there again because he wasn't eating or drinking. They got us a appointment for the very next day when we called about the eating and drinking thing and the medications they gave us for him worked great and he's doing way better now! The neutering also went well and this is definitely where we will be taking our cats whenever they need a vet.

Staff was abrupt and rude. Previous owner of my dogs took them there and bc of that they refused to treat them even after explaining that I had no contact with previous owner (an ex) and that I am the legal owner of my dogs. Unprofessional and could have handled things better. Would not recommend to anyone.

My regular vet was booked up into early July and my cat had an urgent issue with her breathing. Prior to this, I'd assumed it was allergies (since spring had sprung) and began giving her the immune5 our vet had prescribed for her symptoms but it didn't seem to help after a couple of weeks. Out of concern and before the weekend could begin, I called Kingsburg veterinary clinic because my mom recommended them and I'm glad I did! They had an opening immediately. They took radiographs of her chest to be certain it wasn't pneumonia or something in her lungs and did a physical exam. They were so nice and the ladies at the front were so sweet. My daughter was especially sweet on them! The doctor was reassuring and very kind and gentle with my poor kitty. In the end, the prescription meds he prescribed didn't have any effect but luckily, her regular vet had an opening and after being seen, they'll be conducting surgery on her in about an hour. Fingers crossed it's just a polyp and not something more pervasive.
Thank you so much Kingsburg Veterinary Clinic, for being so accommodating and an overall great facility I would be happy to frequent. Your friendly and kind staff were so reassuring, welcoming, and polite. The facility was clean and comfortable. The only downside is: you're a little over a half hour away from me. Whereas, we currently live less than 5 minutes from our regular vet.

A place from God. This place is helpful in holistic advice as well such as herb tea alkaline water and proper nutrition.

Our dog’s 1st ever vet visit after being a stay for the last year, they were amazing with him!

This is the best Vet in the valley. I have been using them for 9+ years. The facility is very clean and staff is friendly. It's a state of the art facility. I have never seen a place so clean. I've meet people here that come from Madera to have there dogs looked at.

I will never go back here again! I brought my dog in because I thought he had allergies and needed antibiotics for it. Tried to get in Friday because the symptoms occurred on Thursday, but had to wait until Monday. Brought him in and the doctor barely asked any questions even though I tried to explain what was going on, but suggested scoping his nose for a foxtail. I deferred to her and they scoped his nose for $300 and found nothing but nicked him so he now sneezes blood. $500 later, he’s in worse shape than when I brought him in.

I want to thank everyone in the clinic for the wonderful care and support.
My dog bolted into traffic and was hit by a car. They were so gracious to see us immediately rather than sending us away. Our Irish setter broke her leg and the care of treatment she received was thoughtful and precise.
Instead of taking advantage of our shaken, emotional state, they were incredibly reasonable with their charges.
We drive an hour to have her leg checked and wrapped weekly until we are confident it's healed. We will continue to have Kingsburg's for all our veterinary care for all 5 of our dogs.
YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Wonderful caring veterinarians. Happy I went to their office. Got me in right away, same day. I had called another vet office but it would be a week out before they could see my cat.
