William has been there every step of the way helping my husband and I move! His service was amazing and I can’t thank him enough! Albert was also a great help as well! He showed us around the apartment complex and assured us that this would be a great apartment to move to. We moved here the beginning of February 2023 and we absolutely love it! Thank you guys for everything you have done!

Good neighborhood, peaceful building and a very kind manager. He always helped us with anything we needed. I had to move out but I bring good memories with me.

The move in was so easy and straight forward! William and Misty are very prompt with getting matters done. I felt at home immediately. They were quick to fix a couple issues upon move in, nothing huge. They made my distance move a breeze. William also informed me the hallway carpets are being replaced soon along with a few other amenities being added. Im happy I got in at the perfect time! Quiet neighbors on my end, and overall a very safe community. If you're a female who is solo looking for a safe spot, this is a great start!:) Looking forward to the renovations as well to make the building look even better. Misty and William have exceeded my expectations and Im happy to call this place home now!

I moved in Kingsley tower about 15 month ago right after they renovated. My place is not big but new, clean and I like a cozy balcony as well. Also location is very convenient too. Some part of Koreatown are sketch and dirty but not our area. Also the company manages very well for residents. And the manager, William works hard and is very nice. So overall I like this place so much!
