Kino Sushi & Ramen reviews
11The food is terrible. Sushi is not tasty. Service for 2.we left a tip, as is customary in America. The tables are dirty. Shoes stick to the floors.there are no cutlery or napkins on the tables.
Server is lazy and rudely.
Tasting is so so.
I don’t like their services.
This restaurant would not be popular if it weren't in Hollywood.
Ramen is ok but Chai siew is too very good. It not chewy at all but fried rice is good.can taste the butter
THE OWNER IS absolutely AWEFUL! They messed up the order first off. Not only this but the entire menu is false advertisement. Take the tiger roll for example, it comes without sauce, it is covered in tempura flakes and looks like a thick churro, where as the picture has exposed fish and a sauce. Anyway, when I went back to let them know the order was messed up (which the chef who was also extremely rude acknowledged he made as mistake) the owner called my wife a liar. Snatched the bag of food away from her and refused to refund the money, refused to make the dish correctly and refused to give us the food.
On top of this the place was dirty, and the floor was sticky!
Decent Ramen but the waitress (owner) is aggressive/not accommodating and will up-charge you for small changes in your order. Not classy at all. Typical tourist trap mentality here. Go to Le Oriental Bistro right around the corner if you are in the mood for Asian food where you will find quality food, great service and smiling faces.
Wow! What a pleasant surprise. Great ambience and the food was delicious. My daughter got the miso ramen with just noodles and the broth and she finished it and she’s only 5 and a half! Sushi rolls were excellent as well. Really enjoyed the rainbow roll. Service was top notch too.
Bento box gives a huge portion with soup and salad, everything was great besides the teriyaki chicken was very much giving food court vibes. The restaurant is clean with cute decor. I’d recommend
The food was amazing! It came out super fast and the server staff was whipping it out. Highly recommend
I’ve been coming to Kino sushi for over 10 years now since my local here in Hollywood, always the freshest fish and produce, sheer pleasure, mouth watering for me ever time, never disappoints, thank you guys for all your hard work
Good service and atmosphere in the establishment, however the menu and the flavors of the food are not something special. It is a good place to spend and eat food.
Wow! Just happened to walk past as I was walking down the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Highly recommend! My partner got the bento and I got the Miso ramen. It is easily the best ramen I’ve ever had and I’ve had a fair share in Melbourne! My partners miso soup on the side was the best I’ve ever had too. Trumps all of the ones in Australia.
