Omg, you should hire someone can understand English. This is the 1st time I came bc my friend introduce here to buy bubble dye hair and I am asking the old lady there she said No no. I supposed to go out but I decide to comback and tried to go to the end of self and saw it. Then I had to ask her again.with simple word: You, No English? She smiled and said No English…Just feel poor her

I had a great experience at this shop and it had a great range of products for me. I bought myself two Instree sun sticks! The workers are polite and I hope I can go there again soon!

Love this place! They have a good selection of Asian skincare brands. I especially like the selection of their sunscreen. The shop is so nice and bright so overall a good shopping experience.

Helpful staff and got what I was looking for. The bad reviews of this store are from trashy people who don't know how to read instructions or shoplift. Someone else really gave 3/5 because the selection is not as wide as Amazon. You expect a small store to carry everything and then give a bad review when they can't. They went into an Asian beauty store and are complaining the store is not English friendly because the products are in another language

I bought the hair dye here, White hair did not cover up, but also the original black hair dyed white, like a bald man. Halloween is coming. It's too bad. The anger was indescribable.

This is my favorite store. It’s because I usually can find products to deal with my skin problem’s issues. And they always contain the most popular/new Korean or Japanese skin care products in the market, so I’m so enjoy to shop there every time.

I could spend the whole day in this amazing store. I love k beauty and Japanese beauty. They have a nice selection of amazing product. I left my paycheck there today lol. I will come back for sure

The shop is very clean, staff is very courteous, friendly, and owner is very kind as well. I'd highly recommend everyone to come check out the store for Japanese/Korean cosmetic items.

Cute stuff you can easily find on Amazon or at Mitsuwa or Nijiya but keep your hands visible here.sales person was not attentive or offered assistance. The only interaction was being accused of stealing eyedrops (I picked one up but left it at another spot after not being attended to). Won’t return

The workers there are nice! I saw some bt21 face masks and some blackpink hair dye. There’s also a nice variety of Japanese and Korean skincare or makeup.:)

Double check the hours since it says they close at 10 and when I got there at 9: 10 they where closed already.
