In all the years that I have been going to this office, I have found the dentist snd all his staff to be very professional

Last yr when I had medi-cal I needed 2 root canals and 3 crowns. 1500 dollars the cost for the crowns out of pocket. Medi-cal didn't cover crowns from what they said. I come back less than a year with dental insurance to get my crowns and all of sudden I need a new bridge and another bridge to the price of $12.000 out of pocket. Thank God I went and got another opinion. My cost for all the work $1.500
out of pocket. Be careful and beware

Normally, I'm not fond of going to the dentist, but this visit was far from intimidating or dull. The dental staff warmly welcomed me and had a great sense of humor. They ensured my comfort and performed an excellent job on my tooth. The facility itself was pleasant, and the added perk of being able to watch a movie while receiving dental treatment was delightful. Furthermore, the entire process was surprisingly swift.

Best dentist ever! I've been going for years and referring everyone I know. I recently brought my toddler with me for my checkup just to observe and they were so engaging and wonderful with him during my exam that he wanted his own that day! They got him in for his first ever dental exam and he loved it! How many 2yo do you know that cry because they don't want to leave the dentist? We are counting down the days until our next appointment! Thank you Kirby and Florida Dental!

I haven't been to a dentist in 10 years. My past experiences have been painful and unpleasant. BUT NOT with Kirby &Florida Dental Group! Every moment there was so pleasant and even relaxing. It's clean and open inside, everything is transparent. The front office staff is very friendly and attentive, Lydia was great at explaining the details of the my bill and any work that needed to take place, she was knowledgeable and thorough explaining my options and what was/was not covered by my insurance and accommodating with my work schedule for future appointments. Rosa was gentle and very upbeat about taking my x-rays and had a calming demeanor to her, Dr. Hashem was also gental and detailed explaining my xrays and work needed and why, he gave me adequate time and I never felt rushed, he was professional but very nice and personable. I feel confident and relaxed knowing he will take good care of my Dental needs and make sure it's done right. Annete also did an amazing job with my cleaning and administering medication. At one point she even had me giggling. I could have fallen asleep, it was that relaxing. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this Dental group! Every aspect of my visit, from the office with Lydia, to the exrays with Rosa, the consultation with Dr Hashem and the cleaning with Annete has been the most pleasent experience EVER with a Dental group. I'm looking forward to getting back on track to having healthy gums and am extremely pleased with everyone at Kirby & Florida Dental Group. They have restored my confidence and taken away my fear and anxiety of seeing a dentist. Thank you!
