Kirkland's Home, Folsom CA

I ordered something online for pick up at the Folsom store. I got an email confirmation my order will be filled and should receive an email when ready for pick up. I noticed it was deducted from my debit card but never heard from the store. Drove there and was told my order was canceled. I asked why I was charged for the item and was told no, you’re only charged when you pick up the item.

They gave me C/s number to call and they said, I’m sure you’ll get a credit. The people at the store didn’t even want to help me other than to give me the phone number.
Very disappointing, no one was even in the store so they could of helped by calling for me.

Tried to purchase a couch and asked for help, the lady in the black hair came to help but then started helping someone else. She said she would be right back, then she went to check ppl out and completely ignored us. Disappointed.

First time here. The staff was very friendly and they had a great holiday weekend sale. Their clearance section had some good stuff!

They need a new buyer. The Christmas stuff isn't anything too special like the past years. I was disappointed.

Great place to find unique decorator items. Several walls in our home look like a Kirklands display. Good place to find faith based decor.

This is our go to place for decorations. We love the painting, furniture, and the knickknacks.

Zeros stars if possible. Worst customer service ever! Bought 2 large mirrors asked for cardboard or something to put between them, said they had nothing while taking boxes apart. Had to carry both mirrors to car with no assistance, if I really didn't want the mirrors would of walked out!

Its a really cute store but I'm scent sensitive so I can't breathe in the store. I can't buy things like pillows because the fabric absorbs the scent from their potpourri. Thank goodness for online shopping.

I love the layout and inventory, and the seasonal decor is always fantastic!

Great displays throughout. Reasonable pricing. Seasonal displays very attractive. Nice and cool temperature inside.

Purchased a lamp online to be picked up at the Palladio Kirkland's. Drove 1 hour to pick it up. Took them about 30 mins to find the order, that was ok because I got to look around the store. The lady brought my box up and asked if I want to look at it, I told her no. Both hers and my mistake. Got home unpackaged the box, the lamp is broken. Called the store the lady said just bring it in and we will exchange it. Got there a few days later to exchange it. They had none in stock. They told me they could order it but it was on back stock and it would take a few week to get it or I can go to the Sacramento store to exchange it. They called the Sacramento store to make sure they had one. The lady told me to take my receipt and they will give me a new one leaving the broken one there. They assured me that they spoke with Sacramento and it will be a smooth transaction. Then the lady chased my boyfriend in the parking lot and told him we actually have to return it and then you can purchase it from the Sacramento store. This place obviously doesn't know what they are doing and have very weak customer service skills. I am NOT a happy customer. Oh and by the way, this was my very first purchase from Kirkland's nice first impression huh? !? I'll stick to my Home Goods and Target for my home decor.
