Kirk is a true pro, my 6 year old vacuum works like it’s brand new. His prices a reasonable and service is top notch. I would highly recommend his company, he probably he saved me at least $200 bucks
I routinely service my Dyson myself (thanks to helpful suggestions he provided me some years back), but when I couldn't troubleshoot an issue, I brought it in to see what Mr. Kirk recommended; he had me leave it for servicing, and ready for pickup a few days later with a small service fee. When I got it home, it was still having the same problem — I brought it back the next day, and 3 days later, he had the part replaced with a brand new unit, free of charge. I appreciate his professionalism and customer service! Soft spoken, but his work speaks volumes. Thank you again!
