DANGEROUS! DO NOT STAY!
Everything was fine and the place seemed nice and quiet until both my wife and I was assaulted by a monthly tenant with two unleashed German Shepherds while walking my dog.
The office staff wasn't interested in helping, advising instead we call 911 from our RV, which is what we did.

We made a reservation for 1 night heading home to OR from SoCal. I would NOT recommend staying at this park for several reasons. First of all their website states they are newly remodeled and show photos of nice spots with grass, a newly paved road and an area with garbage bins with nice looking rigs parked in spots. WRONG. It may have looked that way at some point but definitely NOT now. September 2022. There is NO grass, spots are with gravel only, a lot of full timers with old nasty trailers/motohomes although there were some nicer ones that pulled in as we did for the night only. The bathroom is old & nasty in a real need of an upgrade. As my husband was getting us unhooked I was taking my medium sized dog on leash for a walk down the road inside the park when 3 Large unleashed German Sheppards started barking at us. I started to turn back when one of them came running towards us. I yelled at the German Sheppard to stop and go back. A women was yelling at the dog to come but it just ignored her. My dog and I headed back towards our trailer and that dog chased and followed us all the way. The women had no control of her dog. I put my dog inside. I was pretty shook up and mad at this point. The women kept saying outloud he's just a puppy. I had no way to know that, he was pretty big. Yes I was intimated. We definitely did not walk our dog in that direction again. I would have gone into the office to let someone know but when my husband made the reservation on the phone the lady he spoke to said the office closed at 5p.m. We arrived just shortly after that. She was still there. By the time this incident happened we assumed she'd be gone and it would have to wait until morning. I went in the next morning and 2 men were in the office. One on his computer, the other just sitting. They did not seem to concerned and the guy on his computer barely looked up at me. They didn't seem to know who had 3 GS's at the park. They told me I should have come told someone last night. When I said I thought the office was closed already they both corrected me and said it's posted on the door. It says office is open till 6p.m. I said well I'm letting you know now and I will be doing a review. I walked out. Next thing I know the man that was just sitting drove his cart over to our trailer apologizing for what happened and to not shoot the messenger he was only the maintenance guy. Then he drove away. My husbands phone rang and I believe the man that was on the computer told my husband to come over to the office for a refund of our 1 nights stay. Which is fine and all but not necessary. There RESPECT would have been much more appreciated. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RV PARK. Oh and the street is extremely noisy.

Easy overnight stop off I5. We were able to get a last minute pull thru for a nightly rate of $54. Not bad for full hookups. Would stay again!

We have stayed here several times and it couldn't be easier. Check in is quick and simple.spaces are spacious and level. Nice laundry. Mike is extremely nice and simple to work with.

Great RV Park - Fits all rigs with full Hook Ups and with Toe Vehicles! Since it a bit new, trees are small not much shade! Great staff!

Exceptionally clean and safe, easy access for Modesto, Turlock, and San Francisco, CA. Highly recommended with friendly staff, nearby Walmart, grocery stores, gas station, and a variety of restaurants

Beautiful place to live and enjoy your vacation os travel but the manager was very rude here.

When the winds are throwing your rig around, it's a great place near everything you may need for a nice stay.

Staff are rude the only good thing is they had a full hook up internet didn’t work all the time bathrooms were clean

Very quiet & peaceful. Small fenced in area for dogs, small playground for kids, restaurants nearby, easy to find and drive into, was able to easily check in after hours (self check-in), some picnic tables, could not hear any traffic while sleeping. I don’t know what the showers or restrooms were like as we just used our own, but I like that they have them as an option. Also, very reasonably priced for Northern California.

Never anyone in the office. You hear a lot of highway noise but it’s a safe place and clean. Some permanent residents but help with outta towners questions.

Quite narrow spaces.
Friendly enough folk there.
Laundry is reasonably priced and has clean machines.

We drove from Albuquerque to Walnut Creek and the last hour or so was a killer. So we decided to spend the night in Patterson. They accommodated us after hours with no problem. Super clean and well kept place. Most RVs were unoccupied, maybe parking and storing? Pretty much had the run of the place. It was quiet in the park. Could hear the freeway which was very close but we were dead tired. In the morning, we let the dogs run in the huge open field right across the street. Fast foods and Dennys just a few blocks away. It was absolutely perfect for the night.

Let me say the good parts 1 st. The park looks fairly new and very clean and lit at night.there is a highway close but hey if you don't want to hear traffic you should not stay here the traffic did not bother me. The staff has been nice and friendly with the exception of the manager. There is clearly anger and memory issues involved. I called and spoke to him for a reservation I asked about my 3 boxers and was told ok and also that I needed to stay over for 10 days. We get here and the same man that I spoke to said that no one called but let us stay. I then after 6 days needed to store my rv I was told they don't store rv. The next day he said we could store rv. There is cleanly some confusion here and I don't see how this place will last with this attitude. I will not be back

Lovely park with easy accommodations. The on-site showers had very little water pressure, which is my favorite thing about on site showers. My rv shower has low water pressure so I am used to it but nothing beats a good pressured hot clean shower to refresh you.
