Vache and Richie, treated us to Baklawa made by Anna’s bakery and expresso…that lasted me for a week!
My wife got a beautiful ring as Hanukkah present, plus we ordered three Magen David for our daughters and a חי for me.

Where do I begin? I went to 3 jewelry stores before finding the Vanna K Brand at Kitsinian Jewelers and not a single ring compared to their enchanting Kamara Collection designs! My fiancé saw one of the Vanna K. Kamara Collection rings and on 1st glance he said “THAT’S THE ONE! ” Then he refused to look at anything else. Between a few stores, I probably tried on 14 other rings (and even side by side) not a single ring could compare to the Vanna K Brand! The craftsmanship is simply superior! Also, can we talk about their customer service? They worked with me to customize the engagement ring and band that my fiancé and I fell in love with. They also helped us select an amazing center stone. We were working with them remotely (as we live in another state) and they truly made every step an unforgettable experience. I had nothing but trust for Kitsinian Jewelers from day one after I spoke to them by phone because they were so honest, transparent, and helpful. Kitsinian Jewelers were hands down the BEST! I had the pleasure of working with Archie. Not only did Archie and Kitsinian Jewelers deliver a fabulous product (I mean it’s just simply STUNNING, a TOTAL SHOW STOPPER), Archie provided top notch customer service like I’ve never experienced before. We’re so happy we chose to work with the Kitsinian family (they really did treat us like family). We appreciated their quality service and great communication through the entire process.

The absolute best! I just brought in old jewlery and they literally made it look like new! I also have brought them pictures - from another company - of a pendant I wanted - not only did they duplicate the pendant beautifully- BUT they charged me a third of what that other company was charging. My husband now buys me all of my jewelry from them and I can’t recommend them enough- just the nicest and the best!

I have known Sarkis Kitsinian and his family for many years. They are my personal jeweler and I love the quality of workmanship they provide. It's not easy for someone to gain my trust, they recently designed the most beautiful diamond and colored stone jewelry for a milestone birthday I celebrated.

My husband and I came here to purchase our wedding bands. We loved it because we have been ring shopping and came here early to look and this was the first store where we weren’t pressured to buy something right away. They were so welcoming allowed us to browse and there for support and answer any question. Which obviously made us enjoy our experience and at the end select this place to purchase our rings!

They had a beautiful selection for men. I had my wedding band custom made and they executed it beautifully. They are so helpful and extremely sweet. We love our rings and are so happy with the service we received.

I really cannot say enough of Vatche and team! They are very personable, and knowledgeable. My husband Renard, and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the pieces they create on site. We love the idea that we can bring them any idea for them to create, and viola! It's created. This team is not only well versed within their craftmanship, but also in their customer service skillset. If you decide it's not for you, you're able to return no questions asked depending on the piece. They are patient and will answer any question you may have. I would like to share my very pleasant shopping experience at Kitsinian jewelry store located at Valencia. As a returning customer I value at most three important things offered by representatives at this store:
1. Knowledgeable and always polite employees.
2. Outstanding selection of jewelry with variety unique jewelry sets and pieces made of different precious materials not available at other stores.
3. Very reasonable and attractive prices at this store.
I always feel welcome at this store even at the time when I just stopping by to check for new jewelry pieces available for sale.

Overall an amazing jeweler, I was able to get everything I needed for our wedding when another jeweler fell through and on very short notice to boot. Recently I was slightly disappointed with the hours, I wish they were open later than 5: 30 to cater to the working crowd. I cant fault them for this as I was at the door at 5: 32 but I was turned down to buy a gold bangle I had previously selected. Again I cant fault them as I showed up after closing but with their hours it does make it difficult to shop during the week.

I brought in a ring to be sized and had very good experience with Kitsinian Jewelers.
